Looks just like a regular penis in action.

There have been pictures of penis-in-vagina sexual acts on FrankTalk. Absolutely indistinguishable from an unimplanted penis in vagina.

The only difference is that the penis does not become erect by itself, someone has to squeeze the pump in the scrotum, so, for example, a flaccid penis being fellated will not grow by itself.

The implant is internal and you really cannot SEE any difference, once it is erect. Now THAT is interesting. I found that my preference (pre-implant for fellatio and post-implant for coitus) has flipped to reverse the order of preference. I wonder if it is the lesser pressure on my underside of my penis?
