SAD, finally did post op measurements

Well I knew I had lost some length after my implant. I know in my prime (last time I measured) I was right at 7".
Today I inflated as full as I could, waited a few minutes then a couple more pumps. I could feel the tips of the cylinders poking in my penis head. Tape measure from the base of my shaft to the tip of my head, just over 5".
Girth is something I've never measured, but today it's at 5" on the mark.

I know there was a hunk of skin under my shaft/top of my sack that would move up as my erection grew, and that seems to be gone now, it's tighter there. That was right where the incision was, and it's still sore if I touch it too hard.

Anyone else lose significant length after an implant? Am I correct cycling won't help increase length?

Pre I was about 5.5 erect. Post - just under 4".

To say I am heartbroken and pissed is an understatement.

That's not too far from my story. I was probably close to 7 in 1995, although I never measured. I base this on estimates from still image grabs from a home video I made in 1995 of me while masturbating. Based on hand width, and how much of my penis was extended beyond my thumb and index grip when pushing against my groin, I was around 6.8-7.0".

Now my casual length is between 5.0-5.5" and if I push hard against the pubic bone while VERY aroused I get between 5.8-6.0" to the tip. My girth is right at 5.0" now although based on finger-to-thumb grip in the video, I would say I used to be about 5.5".

I had PD that took a serious toll on my size for 25 years and then the last 3-4 years of it I was a floppy noodle so very little erection to keep things stretched out.

Yes. Measurments taken IMMEDIATELY before the implant operation (along with measurements taken at the man's sexual prime) would be MOST informative, indeed. But without being able to compare along that time line, we are left with a shortage of information.

I was still getting night time erections maybe once a week right up to my implant. Soon as I woke up and tried to do anything with it, immediately went floppy. I was using Quadmix up to about 6 months prior, but with mixed results. When Quadmix would work, I know I was a good 6 1/2 ".
At least it gets hard now. And I do not want a re-do unless this thing fails.

Typically fibrosis and lack of stretching cause the loss of size Wow what the hell caused your loss of size?
Maybe you had a venous leak so severe you had erections but there wasn't time for proper oxygenation?

I just re-read your post maybe a nightly erection once a week is not enough.

Before my implant I was using trimix 1-2 times a week with no nightly erections. I found I was loosing size. I used a VED and marked my length with a marker. I lost 2 CM before I got serious about daily use of the VED. This was a wake up call to get serious about the implant

You did not post your implant size but I gained about an inch from cycling after 5 months from about 6.55" to 7.5" pubic bone pressed, which is as long as I ever was.
