Penis Friction Edema (oedema)

Postby Waynetho » Sun May 10, 2020 6:22 pm

Well, I dun gone and dun it agin. :(

Since I have difficulty getting my orgasms now, not yet being able to ejaculate through vaginal sex, I have resorted to finishing by hand and most of the time it also requires a massage wand to help push me to the point of orgasm.

Last night after having some time with my wife, I went through my typical manual stimulation routine as usual. Unfortunately the wand died short of me reaching my peak (apparently it wasn't on the charger correctly). I had to work at it vigorously to get to the peak and today I have a considerable amount of swelling down the majority of my shaft, just behind the glans.

After a quick Internet search I find that such a condition is not serious but the treatment is a couple of weeks of abstinence

Ouch. A couple weeks off might be good, or maybe not. Since I've had my implant getting off has been an issue too. Initially it was the pain, but lately it's taking longer and longer to achieve orgasm. A couple of times the wife or I had to finish me by masturbating. One night it just wasn't happening, and after both of us working over my penis it got to the point of being so sore it wasn't going to happen. Sore for two days, but nothing like you describe. Couple of days of rest and all was good.

If there is no bruising and it's just lymphedema type fluid, it'll probably be gone in about 24 hours I would imagine.

It's definitely lymphatic in origin.

I do have a small spot on the left side about an inch from the base where I apparently have a weak or leaky vein. This time that spot is normal color and just puffed up along with the rest of the penis but when I referred to "doing it again" I was talking about an issue I had a couple of weeks after surgery, similarly induced where I had a puffy bruise or mild hematoma in that spot on the left side. When that happened, I treated it by wrapping it loosely with elastic self-stick athletic tape.

Make sure to use lube when masturbating, that should help.
I had trouble getting of from sex at first but now can every time. I find that after satisfying my wife a couple of times that if I slow way down I can get to the climax real easy.

I find baby oil works really well as a lube, it stays on a lot longer causing less friction when masturbating, good for the skin afterwards.
