Man when I 1st got on here a year ago there were so many implanted men speaking on their lives and their experiences with the implant. Men who have had revisions and just so much knowledge. I guess they are doing fine and living their lives but damn reach back gentleman. Some people can really use that knowledge/role models for change. Through this site I comment alot and I'm greatful to my brother who are still here. But we are brother. Connected through a struggle and we have to stick together.

Well said Brother,

I'm at my two year anniversary now a do contribute sometimes. I have a read at least twice a week and yes i would still like to hear from Brothers who have gone before me or are at my stage.
I personally would love to hear from guys beyond the two year mark to get an idea of how they are going.
I hope your message is noted and more experienced brothers come forward with their wealth of knowledge.

I come in from time to time and offer my advice, or share my story.

Currently I'm about 8 months post surgery and still kind of getting used to a hard one whenever, I want to no shots, no pills.

I am still getting use to the larger, stiffer flaccid.

i am around and occcasionally review my progress. I am now 3 years 3 months after surgery. I am doing absolutely fantastic.

The reason "the veterans seem to all go away" is that we have been cured of that nasty disease called erectile dysfunction. So, the issues of being impotent and of being scared of facing a big operation are all things that are very much "water under the bridge" and , frankly, the days when I was obsessed about getting implant surgery represent a time that was very much a dark period in my past. In essence, we veterans get cured, start having a great sex life, and move on to other things in life since the sexual issues are now just no longer issues.

That being said, many of us do still visit franktalk, mostly to learn something new and to occasionally help fellow brothers who have been in the same shoes.

Personally, for me, the implant has been a wonderful success; it feels like part of me, and I truly enjoy the superhuman bionic sexual capability. My only regret is that I should have done it ten years earlier. Also, I wish I was in situations where I could use it more (ie, have sex more often).

So yes, I agree that it is important to give back to fellow members on this board -- and I will try harder. However, I think you can understand why a man with a fully functioning glorious bionic penis might be more interested in devoting the vast majority of his time and energy towards chasing women. ;)

I agree with Tanj......and he and I have been brother buddies for more than 3 years now!
Yes we become a little less fanatical as time rolls by and this probably reflects the fact that our fantastic cocks are now simply,’a part of us.’

Over time all the minutae surrounding the size and function of an implant becomes second nature and barely needs discussing because it just ‘is’

This means that your cock may well be 100% reliable and that it becomes the new normal.
I’m a lucky bastard....I have a beautiful partner who loves sex pretty much every day. At first she was reticent about the size and stiffness........particularly the stiffness, but now requires me to be fully pumped when I’m pounding her .....she has learned to love it.
2 years ago 30 pumps would max me out but now, with my pump very pliable, I get about 40 pumps in.
My size improved in stages at maybe 12 months, 18 months and then 2 years.
I lost the ability to orgasm vaginally and I can’t say why it was so.... my partner is a very attractive woman with a fantastic body so the problem really was mine.
Surprise, surprise 3 months ago, one afternoon I shot inside her and now seem to be able to achieve that confidently every second day.....maybe it’s my age....not sure all I know is sensitivity has returned....it jus took time.

My point is that I believe that getting an implant is a real journey that has its own narrative and my advice to the newly implanted is to be really patient and understand that it’s a cock stiffening intervention not a cock enlarging one.

Note: anyone wanting quality info: read “my journal” by Merrix
He discusses many/most issues and makes great sense of a lot of the big questions .........his analysis is excellent. Plus he’s a younger guy which is cool.
Take care
I promise to drop in from time to time :)

Hey Guys!

I am enjoying my three month anniversary and having the best sex I can remember in a long time. Seems like it keeps getting better and better. I had a great implant experience with no pain. My surgery was done at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. My surgeon was Dr. John Lacy. Feel free to message me and ask me anything guys. Would love to hear from you!

I am at 29 months. Something has come undone right at where the base of the penis meets the scrotum. The doctor says it will be a quick fix and, because I have been cycling twice a day, every day for 30 minutes each, he says there will be little to no scar tissue so he should be able to up size me... :)

Did your partner know that you had not climaxed? If I tell my wife she blames herself so now I have to fake it because I just can't stand to see her cry because she thinks she didn't please me... Did you have this problem? :)

the same for me .. like Smetro.
Almost five years since my implant. I'm single 42 y.o and I've had about 100 different occasional partners since then. I love my implant and i am lucky to have good size.
I'm sorry I don't speak English well, for this reason I don't participate much here.
And I'm sorry that the site does not allow you to insert photos of sex and positions that you can do with inplant.
I assure if the implant is done well, you can really do everything..

Problem solved almost five years ago, that’s why I 'kept quiet’. One of the best things I ever did, getting the implant. Only pity that I waited a couple of years - wasted years in retrospect. Didn’t lose any length and one thing is great: my dick is getting thicker and thicker. It suits me very well ‘cause a fat cock is for women way more important than a long one. Thank you Titan.
