With my favorite girls I smile and say 'do you know how old I am'......and then....69....... :D .

I stretched out that play on age for 24 months.

While I was actually 69, sure, "I am 69 and expert at the activity".

At 68, one enters their 69th year of life., thus, "I have entered my 69th year of life, and expert at the activity".
