21 Years Old Implant

Hey everyone, I’ve suffered severe ED the past year due to a venous leak. I’m only 21 and this has already robbed me of my prime years I’ve tried everything pills don’t work. Should I opt for a implant in May/June? Please give me advice I’m looking into getting the titan.

It is only you who should make that decision.
In your post, I don’t see anything else mentioned but pills.
Did you use VED and rings? What about penile injections BIMIX, TRIMIX, QUADMIX?
If you did not exhaust all your non invasive options, you should consider trying them.
Implant is last resort with no way back. Once implanted, you are implanted for the rest of your life.
For guys who had Prostate Ca and Prostate removal like myself , after waiting for year or two for function to come back and exhausting all non invasive options, penile implant is very much straight forward decision.
