Semi Rigid Penile Implant Suggestions Offered to You

Hi- I had a penile semi rigid penile implant surgically implanted last July in the US- - I did so by intention as I had been traumatized as a kid by a condition called "torsion" and knew I could not manipulate anything down under without getting sick or passing out- anyway, I had the Coloplast Genesis semi rigid non inflatable device and would be glad to answer anyone's questions about my experience with it- I am an MD myself and was quite knowledgable and well read on this- especially for those in Europe who may have this option far easier than inflatables I am glad to help- I have a lot of experience with everything from how to manage the constant firmnesss, to which undergarments to buy and use, how long it takes to become accustomed to , how to manage the discussion with others and how to even try to hide it during the day - let me know - I read many questions in the past from men either who is just had it and were upset, or men thinking about it and confused- its a tough decision - I have no regrets personally but there are many things to adapt to including even the increased sensitivity during sex and masturbation etc etc etc -

Oddly enough I wouldn't mind a pic or two. I'm curious to just how firm a semi rigid actually is. Is it comfortable to walk around with naked?

From MY experience, it is comfortable to walk around in, but stowage is another thing. Depending nowadays on what you got, most of the semi rigids will do nicely.

My question would be to me it looks like semi. Malleable Can give you a natural length but what about girth with no expansion seems you would have a 5 inch thin rod ? Most on the pictures i see on line look like long thin rods

Many members have asked how to conceal the fact that they have (or might have) an implant from a woman they might be having sex with in a short-term or new relationship. Especially if he did not want to tell her that he had an implant. Can the implant be kept a secret (e.g. pump up without her knowledge)? Malleable would have a new set of challenges.

The question is a bit different with a malleable. Not only is it full-size throughout the evening (assuming an evening date), but it is not affected by gravity as one would expect, nor get significantly larger with arousal. I suppose she might not notice that you bend it to point in the right direction with your hand, but if she bends it and it stays bent, that might raise alarms. It might be a curious conversation after that.

I am using injections so i stall the women till ready and hope its not a miss but some times i dont expect any action and sit there and hope i can get at least 50% from her oral sex but often not then when i do inject she is confused how one night her sucking gets a chubby at best then next day a towel bar for 2 hours. That is why i am thinking implant
