She's never been very aggressive in the act. It's more like someone with popsicle or a lollipop. There may be a bit of DIM involved, but mostly it's just a lot of tongue-job. So to answer the "goes to town" question, I take that to mean a vigorous blowjob of which I honestly have never been the recipient. Nothing at all like one might see on adult movies.

My wife was through with sex well before I got my implant. Having the surgery had no effect on this.
