Implants long term

Has anyone on here had an implant for years the uses it regularly and it still works fine? I'm talking 10 to 15 years later. Us single guy who dont have wives really need to know this.
32 yrs old. Newly developed ed with divorce and searching for solutions.

My first implant lasted 12 years and was replaced by another one 6 years ago. And yes, I use it regularly. :)
