Durability

Postby Rawness1111 » Sun Apr 19, 2020 9:40 pm

First, thank you guys so much for your information and openness. You've helped me so much at a time that I was feeling very low. But now I'm at a really good place and just want a better understanding. 1st I already know that everyones situation is different. Question: has anyone had continuous successful sex with the implant for a duration of 10 years or more? And if so over that length of time has the sex been complicated to have in certain positions??

Well I'm pretty new to having my implant, but as far as sex goes any position is fine. About the only way we haven't tried is her on top, but that was never in our play book anyway.
I do like the fact that I no longer have to guess if I should pop a Viagra tonight, and no more climbing out of bed to go inject, which kills the mood. When the wife is ready, I'm ready. :D

I had a CX implant for 12 years, then it had to be replaced and my doctor chose an LGX (been 6 years with the second one). Any sexual position problems are caused by my weight gain (and my wife's) but not by the implant.

Have you gone back and read through past posts? I spent a couple weekends going through a few years of past posts and learned A LOT!

Many of the men who posted useful information (which is still available in past posts) are no longer participating members (so are not available to share their knowledge and experience - though that knowledge and experience is still available in past posts if you are willing to read them).

My titan was so hard for first six months it was either me on top or her on top. Had to lay flat. I had a hard time pushing it down for other positions. Then cylinders softened up enough for other positions.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

The short answer is, "All of them." This might seem a flippant answer, but it is serious.

When I first joined FrankTalk, I clicked on each of the subforums that looked as if they might hold interest for me and went to the upper right (where a selection of pages is shown) and went back to the beginning and started scanning thread titles that looked interesting. I learned a LOT!

As I said, the men who posted the information there may not be here now to answer your concerns, but their posts are preserved. You will find information there much quicker than if you wait for current members and maybe information that current members do not have.

Take a couple hours tonight and see what I mean.
