Yes my doctor says it's the largest girth he's ever seen. I was always huge down there I'm on no medications whatsoever. This is after implant.it's only 4 months out I'm sure after year I'll be back to 8 inches long. I don't want it to get any wider though. You can hurt somebody with that thing. my doctor said I if I ever get a revision we're going to go 24 or 26.apparently you grow an inch or two after the first implant.

I have always had a huge penis I don't do any exercises or anything but I'm also 6ft 4in 280 lb. Just use it all you can. I'm 5 or 6 months out I wish he was thinner I don't like the girth. But my doctor tells me after a year of my length will be back to 8 in. My wife really doesn't like my implant too wide. Do it if you need it but consider every option I'm almost 60 I don't see myself doing porn. I can't sympathize with you on the length issue. You have me beat by a long shot there but the girth issue is one we share. I like my girth and don't want to lose it.
