Gentlemen,
Did any of you experience higher blood pressure, higher A1C, etc. after your procedure? If so, how long did it take for your "numbers" to return to normal (normal for you, not the textbooks).
Both of my counts have risen noticeably in the time after I was carved.
A buddy of mine who is a damn fine MD (30 years in practice) tells me post surgical trauma and/or depression can impact those numbers negatively.
Please advise.

Did not happen to me but I believe your doctor friend is right.

I'm not diabetic but my MIL is. After her simple hand surgery her numbers went up. After she has a steroid injection in her shoulder numbers go up. I also think your doctor friend is right.
