Lgx vs titan

Postby SW0110 » Fri Apr 03, 2020 9:27 pm

A lot has been said about the 2. March 2019 I had a 19 cm total titan cylinders implanted. Tri mix before surgery i was 5.5 inches. In traction I could get to to 6 inches. In a ved I could get with a lot of edema trauma 6.75 inches. This was after peyronies, hourglassing, and plaque. About 30 to 35 degree curve on day of surgery.

My pre ed was just under 7 inches.

The titan fixed my curve, the hourglassing, and never found the plaque after implant.

10 months of total happiness then hernia surgery. I was just under 6.75 inches with about an hour of cycling every day right before hernia surgery. A few days after hernia surgery, titan no longer worked. Revision was needed and done March 18.

Urologist wanted to remove titan completely and put in lgx. That was done a little over 2 weeks ago. The lgx cylinders are definitely softer but are still hard. My flaccid with both titan and lgx cylinders are both at 5.5 inches. Not a real difference when I reach in to pull it out to urinate.

Pumped up as hard as I can get these lgx cylinders is a wood ruler bone press of 6.5 inches. Not bad at just over 2 weeks in. Lgx points up at 1 o clock and cannot push it down. I was afraid they would be really soft. Nope.

I do think as they get softer I will get my almost 7 inches back. Time and cycling will tell.

Great news.Enjoy it. I had a hernia 3 months after my implant. Hernia surgeon didn't know where the reservoir was. I told her to go over to urology dept ( same university hospital) and get a consult with my IPP surgeon. told her, I didn't want it screwed up. She did a good job.

My best girth was 5.75 nches with the titan on the shaft and 6.25 at the widest part of glans. This was at my best on jan 6th. The length was just under 6.75.

Girth with the lgx is at 5.25 right now on shaft. No glans measurement yet as no real horny engorgement. I am hoping as the cylinders soften

My glans was always about .5 inches wider than my shaft.

I will just have to see how this goes as time goes by. I am really more worried if the lgx keeps me straight and peyronies at bay.

Can you give a short comparison of the LGX Pump vs. the Titan's Pump. For example the size of each's Pump and also the ease of use of both models. You have a rare outlook after having both models, so do you have a preference and if so, why?

Had Titan 18cm + 1cm RTE on 1-5-17, blotched surgery, cylinders short. Had revision on 3-15-17 Dr. Kramer to a Titan 22 +1 RTE. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiEZyTjSM2M

If you read on here you will find so many viewpoints. Here is mine.

Loved my titan implant and the otr pump. After an initial glitchy pump the first month or so it worked great. Fixed my peyronies from just about day one. Cylinders were stiff and pretty much wore my penis up against my belly for first 6 to 8 weeks. They gradually softened up and I got a pretty good 4.30 hang by month 10. Cylinders even then were stiff and felt like a flat straw in my penis. Pump was pretty small and did not seem to take up a lot of room in my scrotum.

10 months then hernia surgery complications and no more titan erection.

Went with a different surgeon who suggested to just pull out the titan and put in the ams.700 lgx. I was mixed about it since the titan fixed my peyronies and I was happy with it. I would need tubing removed along with reservoir and probably pump so figured why not. I also noticed after 10 months of cycling, my cylinders were shorter in my glans. I should end up with longer cylinders.

4 weeks in and I am just cycling the lgx. So not a lot to tell so far. Cylinders are definitely softer and deflated right now I am at 4.30 and can wear Jean's with no problem. Pump feels huge. Tubing all really feels about the same between both. I could feel both at the bottom of my penis and going to pump in my scrotum.

I am anxious to see if over time I get my last .25 inch back with this lgx. At month 10 my titan got me from about 5.5 to almost 6.75 as my penis stretched back out. Hoping this lgx gets me to pre ed size of just under 7.

This ams pump though is a bit of a pain. So big and no pop no inflation.
