Going on 20 months now. My surgery notes show 10cm inside and 11cm outside. Inflated I have 3/8 inch glans and 3/4 inch deflated. So .375 inch inflated = 1 cm. That is 12 cm outside fully inflated. But using VED I reached 7 inches in about 9 months. Not counting my glans that is 6.625 inches and 16.8275 cm. 17.78 with glans.
Feeling my inflated shaft down by my pubic bone where I measure from just to the side is where my tubes come out so my surgery notes are right on. So basically I am now 2.3 inches 5.842 cm longer than the day of my surgery. Either my LGX grew that much not likely sine that would be about 26.8275 cm total and mine can only grow to 22.5 cm or as I posted last year it was being pulled up from inside.
I'm positive that vacuum therapy pulled the entire unit up and then the hole sealed over. That is why I lost 1/2 inch when I stopped VED. Had I continued for several weeks or months the tissue would have healed and left me at 7 in instead of my current 6.5

Nice to hear that.I am pre Op and use the VED daily for 30 minutes but still suffer of bad penile shrinkage. Lost so much size in the past year, it’s incredible.

Is there something you can recommend? Or how did you use the VED?

What protocol are you following? That is, what is your routine? How long have you been doing it? What are your dimensions?
When were you at your largest and length and girth?
What were you a year ago, length and girth
What are you now, length and girth

I never measured my girth before, so don't feel badly if you didn't and don't feel you neglected your penis if you don't have the answers to the questions above. But you can pay attention now since it is important to you.

21cm times 1.2 (20% increase theoretical), is 25.2. You might be right or close with your estimate of 26.82 cm.

On the AMS website it says 25%.

Can you please elaborate on the 25% statement .

What is the cause of your ED? Did you have a prostatectomy? That shortens the urethra and pulls things back inside.

Not sure about all that cm stuff. Best I ever had pre ed was just under 7 inches.. after my 19 cm titan was installed I was about 5.5 inches. After 10 months of cycling titan I was back to just under 6.75 inches.

Best I ever got in a ved was 6.75 inches and that was with a lot of edema trauma.

My revision with an lgx was 2 weeks ago. 20 cm total now. That should put me close to my 7 inch pre ed length. Which is longer than my best ved length of 6.75 Inches.

For me ved did help but did not get me my pre ed length. Probably to much shrinkage from peyronies and ed. The implant though though did get most of my length back with regular cycling.

Hated the ved not sure it helped any better than traction but why not try everything.

Most seem to gain nothing using the std VED protocols. I used max pressure for short times repeatedly. Took me 60 days to regain 1 5/8 inches. In the end I blistered myself not fun. DO NOT HOLD MAX PRESSURE FOR MORE THAN 1 minute. Good luck

Most seem to gain nothing using the std VED protocols. I used max pressure for short times repeatedly. Took me 60 days to regain 1 5/8 inches. In the end I blistered myself not fun. DO NOT HOLD MAX PRESSURE FOR MORE THAN 1 minute. Good luck

When I first started pre-implant VED therapy I used to pump up and hold the vacuum for a long time. I did not have the "blistering" or edema you mention. Not until I took the pressure too high. Then, I did. The edema was not too bad. I got over-enthusiastic about my size inside the vacuum tube. I was larger than I had ever been in there.

It resolved after a few days of not vacuuming. After that, I limited the pressure, not time time, inside the vacuum tube.

I have no idea what would have happened if I had done (what I think) you do, pump up to a high vacuum, but limit the length of time. I did not try it that way.

Eventually, I switched to a protocol that involved pumping up, holding for a short time and releasing the vacuum and repeating that cycle for a half-hour twice a day. But I was careful not to go to as high a vacuum as had given me the edema (in the extended minutes duration) before.

So, I wonder if I would have been able to get any increase in size. As it is, my penis is the same size as it was pre-op (and pre-E.D., thankfully I did not have atrophy going in).
