MK, since there's no length expansion in any implant except the AMS LGX which gives 20% length expansion, I would think that the only way you can get any degree of length growth on a Titan, a CX, or a CXR would be if the surgeon "gently oversized" the implant, as Dr. Kramer has said in his videos.

Most doctors say that over time with regular cycling, most patients will usually get upsized during revision due to the stretching over the past months or years of the current implant.

I'm just on two years now and have gained an inch in length. I've only really cycles once a day for just 15min to start and then gradually increased the time until i got to an hour after about three months.
I tend to cycle every second or third day now.

Not sure about the Titan because everything I have read is that the Titan is made of a heavier material that does not expand like the LGX. Fact some reports are complaints that it seems like you got a semi erection all the time when it is suppose to be deflated. Only way that I can see is if the surgeon installs a longer cylinders and allowing the penis to stretch little by little with your cycling.

But only your doctor can tell you for sure. They are the experts.

Titans are made from a material Coloplast calls "Bioflex" and AMS CX and LGX are made of Dacron (coated with medical grade silicone). Dacron does not stretch. The length-expanding property of the LGX is provided by the weave.

Dr. Eid (in an email to me in 2017) called the Coloplast "tunica dependent" suggesting the bioflex expands until it is stopped by the tunica albuginea (essentially). Dr. Eid called the AMS products "tunica independent" which suggests they expand until stopped by the material of which they are made. Dr. Eid also told me that the Titan can expand in length by unfolding "accordion-like".

It has been reported by many men implanted with Titans that the bioflex material (uninflated, all by itself) is stiffer than the uninflated AMS devices. Few people observe that, while the Titan starts out stiffer when uninflated, BOTH devices depend on the saline pressure for their rigidity when pumped up, rendering the base stiffness (of the material only) a minor player.

Yes, they expand differently. The elastic material of the Titan stretches like a balloon. The cloth structure of the AMS CX simply inflates, like a dirigible or hot-air balloon, those air-blown structures used for advertising or the structure of a bouncy-house. The LGX is still a bit of a mystery to me, not unlike cloth for clothes that is cut on a bias to allow it to change dimensions slightly. That last part is speculative.

I can answer for myself and my case with my Titan, and I can link some research.

For me, yes I gained length. I was about 16.5 cm (6.5") all my life, but now I am 17.8 cm (7").

Here are a couple of studies you can read.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5000799/
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5000799/

There is not any clear evidence for if LGX make dicks grow more than Titan.
Studies are showing growth with both, and one actually show shrinking dicks with LGX, which seems weird though.
The point of the LGX is that it shrinks your dick more than other implants when you deflate it.
That's good if you want a small flaccid. It's bad if you want a large flaccid.

I had a titan for 10 months. It was stiff and hard. Fixed my peyronies and I got my straight dick back. Went from a 5.5 inch erection after implant to just under 6.75 inches at 10 months of cycling. That was with 19 cm total cylinder titan length.

Revision to an lgx 18 days ago. I just pumped it up as full as I could get it. 20 cm total length.

I noticed no difference in looks. It still pointed at about 1 o clock. I could not push it down. Wood ruler bone press was at 6.5 inches. So it is a little shorter than the titan was on jan 6 even with longer cylinders total.

I figure either model gets softer over time and gives length gains.

I have had both now. I kept good records for the titan and will do same for this lgx. I hope to just get my pre ed length of just under 7 inches back. After peyronies, hourglassing, plaque, and a best of 5.5. Inches pre titan implant. My 6.5 right now is pretty damn good after just over 2 weeks lgx implanted. t should just get better as the months go by. Just as it did with the titan. Time will tell.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

SW0110 did you have an infection? What was the need to have a revision so soon?

I had hernia surgery and reservoir was deflated somehow.

My one point of advice would be is

If you have an inplant make sure anyone who cuts into your abdomen or groin knows damn sure where all the parts are. Make them do a ct scan just to make doubly sure.

Reservoir, tubing, etc.
