I would not say Eid or Kramer are 'the best', as they have honed their skill through high volume and that does not necessarily mean the best (IMHO).
Also, you answered your own question...that you are frustrated.
I do agree with other posters that you should get your wife on board. After the surgery, you are going to need her support physically, and afterwards (a long afterwards), you can thank her by fucking her brains out, lol.

You and your wife need to make this decision together. I had my surgery done in January 2020. Get your wife on board with you and go for it. Best of luck to you!

Every person is different. I for one did not like being with ED after my prostrate was removed because I had a spot just below the prostrate that tested stage one carcinoma cancer. It actually was on the urethra, but they took the prostrate out anyways to make sure they had gotten all the cancer which they did. But post surgery doctors made me take viagra, did not work and even Caverject which I hated, but it did give an erection, but to me it was too painful giving myself a shot just to have sex. I was in my fifties and I always loved sex, so they introduced me to the three piece implant by AMS. I told them right there, that I wanted it. Had it done at USC hospital by DR Ginsberg. It gave me fifteen wonderful years of sex life which felt about as normal as could be. On my first implant I did lose about an inch which gave me close to seven inches and I was still having good sex. On the fifteenth year it stopped working and I had a revision about a month after it failed. Doctor asked me why I wanted it done. I told him it made me feel like a man again and ED was not for me. This time the first revision only lasted ten months, but I was having problems from the start with the valve sticking. So I went back to the same place in southern California where I had had my revision and they said it was still under warranty and that the warranty was five years. I told them just replace the pump. So this second operation was done by surgeon specialists name LEE. He installed a new pump and said that my cylinders were moved up into the gland more and that it was like one inch too low. But he said he used the same LGX cylinders but had to add rte's, I call them spacers. Not sure what length the rte's were, but man he done a beautiful job. I can get with a full erection 8", but I do not like to have sex with a rock hard penis. So I let off some saline and usually it is around 7.5 inches which is fine with me and my partner. I usually do not ram the whole thing anyways. I still have to work it little bit at a time until it is feeling good and not hurting anybody. The LGX did give me back my original length.
If I was in your shoes I would have it done. You are still very young and sex is very important in a marriage or even if you are single and change partners every so often.

Get the titan. It will fix the curve. Give you a straight hard dick. There are several posters over the last couple years on here who are happy with surgeons in n and sc. Try searching nc or sc.

You will not go wrong with Kramer or eid but probably some good ones in the 2 local states as well.

There is nothing in my opinion that tops the implant. Period. No pills, no shots, no taking a chance on trying to have sex with a semi soft dick and breaking it like I did.

Venous leaks just make the choice simpler. Get the titan. There is no real other option. Want to have sex, pump it up, and stay hard till you hit deflate button. No mess, no fuss, no worries or anxiety.

If you try to pump it up sometime and nothing happens. You get it fixed. Then back to sex again.

Sure there are risks, but really, soft dick, equals no real sex. An implant works till it doesn't. Then you replace it.

Oh. Started out after almost 3 years of peyronies and ed with 5.5 inches. If your dick does not get hard it will shrink period. Peyronies curve also shortens it. If you get the peyronies plaque, that takes some more.

After 10 months cycling my titan, I was back to just under 6.75 inches. My pre ed was just under 7.

I had bad luck with hernia surgery and something happened to my reservoir in jan. Scheduled my replacement asap. Got it done 2 weeks ago. Doc put in an lgx and added a cm. I figure if I got to almost 6.75 with the titan and 19 cm. The lgx and 20 cm total cylinders should get me close to my pre ed length

I also was lucky with my initial install as I had very little pain. Mostly just an ache which was no real issue.

The revision has caused me almost no discomfort at all. Doing pretty much anything I want now just not lifting anything heavy.

Anyone reading my posts know I love my implant. I do not think it is last resort. I think it is the best option period but each one of us has to make their own decision. The best thing is when we travel. I am self contained. Anything I need to get an erection is in my body. If we are on a secluded beach and want to get to it. Yep we just go to it.

Find a doc now, get the tests, get the approvals and schedule now for when this virus let's up.

First, I really appreciate everyone's comments.

Second, on the wife thing, let me explain a bit more, she is defiantly on board and understands my ed problem and knows about all the doctors I've seen and treatments I have tried. I had to accept the fact that this was irreversible awhile back, she has not yet accepted that fully and still thinks another doctor, diet change, medication change, etc will make things like they were years back. I have discussed the implant option with her and got the typical wife "whatever you want to do" comment, I'm sure if she went to the doc with me she would understand better...

The issue as I've described is, I would rate my boner a 7-8 on average (with trimix or the ring/pump). I would say maybe 1 out of 5 times we can't have sex or finish because I can't stay hard enough (obviously I use ring/trimix everytime, it just doesn't always work). She tries her best to make it happen but it just doesn't always which is why I'm looking into the implant. Some of the positions we use to enjoy we don't even attempt anymore because I'll just slip out, pretty much a mood killer.

While I feel that my boner is good most of the time, what the biggest issue right now is, is the ability to have spontaneous sex and have to have my gear with me as some of you stated. Looks like I just need to take the plunge and make an appt with Dr Eid.
