On my AMS 700 LGX card I got from dr it says 6 mm on right and 5 mm on left. Meaning?
Implant March 2020. 64 years old. retired. Unable to get erect due to medication and diabetes. Received AMS 700 LGX , 5cm on right and 6cm left. 18x12 .Revision done in may 2020 because cylinder in right side fell out.

Good question. The dimensions in millimeters are the diameter of the cylinder which the normal AMS 700 CX is 12 mm diameter. The CXR is for individuals with narrower penises and they are 9.5 mm diameter. Where the 5 and 6 mm come from with AMS is unknown.

The LGX dimensions are available in 12 cm to 21 cm cylinder lengths and they are 12 mm deflated.

Perhaps the 5 and 6 are CENTIMETER sizes (cm) instead. That might be the lengths of the rear tip extenders (RTE) that were attached to the back tips of your cylinders.
