Am I undersized?
28 year old with severe lifelong ED.
Implanted in New Delhi on 26/12/19 with AMS CX (15x12) + 4cm RTE
Post op length 4.5 inches from ~ (5.5 to 6) inches. Disappointed!
Wish to have a revision to LGX some day.

First of all, really pleased to read that after a decade you began to take care of You and have the surgery. Stop worrying about length, if what you said is true, that you had very little in the way of a hard on before. 4.5 is not the end of the world. Your dick is learning all over again and exploring new places. Give it a chance and you will gradually be pleased with the best friend growing up.
Re: Am I undersized?
I only had ed 9 months after a prostatectomy but my prior VED length was 6 inch. My size implanted is 6 inch bone pressed. My trimix length was also 6 inch.

Re: Am I undersized?
Remember that the average size of a penis is about 5.5" -- and "average" means that there are just as many 4-inchers as there are 6-inchers, etc.
Mine is 5" (both before I developed E.D. and after implant), and my wife and I really enjoy every inch.

Re: Am I undersized?
At 3 months, I'm going to say it's too early to be measuring. Many members have reported gains up to a year later. I think a few have even mentioned 1 1/2 years.

Re: Am I undersized?
I meant am I undersized after looking at the pics.
I'm 6 inches inside Ved. 4.75 without. But a lot of it seems glans. I have a CX so there isn't any growth.

Re: Am I undersized?
I'm almost 5 months in. Did you ever look at my signature? Specifically the last bit:
(1995)L:6/G:5.5+, (2019)Pre-op L:5/G:4.5, (2/2020)L:6.0/G:5.0
What this doesn't show is that my post-surgical size which was about 4.5" in November, 4.75 in December, 5-5.5" in January and then in February I managed to get a 6.0" reading from a hard bone-pressed ruler.
This, mind you, was with an implant precisely 5.9" in length. This means my crus ends barely past the pubic bone. Before surgery, the 5" length in my signature was referring to VED length. it was a full inch shorter without VED (4.0"). VED causes fluids to be drawn into the glans which causes everything to be larger than is possible with a natural or implant created erection.
Give it time. You can see from my progression above that it was linear increase for four months before the cylinder maxed out.

Re: Am I undersized?
The implant does not extend into the glans. Your 19 cm of implant should put your implant length at around 5". Plus whatever your glans add to that. So 6" is very possible. You haven't mentioned or shown a floppy head so I'm going to say that you are sized at least pretty close to correct. Back to my first comment. It is likely that you are measuring too early.

I have heard several guys through the years say that they had never see their dick as big as it was in a VED. Super big! (But then outside the VED it was back to its "real" size.)
