How do I keep blood flow in my penis?

These unnatural erections don't bring blood flow into my penis. I have no nerves and my glans are cold. I have been wondering about this. Should I be using a VAC like before the IPP install. I see nothing about the IPP that will supply blood flow to my glans and keep it healthy. I need to hear your opinions on this. Especially you guys with a prostatectomy and no natural filling.

I've heard of a few folk using a ved after implant. I think the advice was to pump it up first and then use gentle pressure. I think dougand did this for his glans. It worked for him.

There is blood flow, or it would rot and fall off. Do you mean increase blood flow?

He'll just mean improve it. A few folk have a cold glans, just not quite enough blood cycling through to keep it warm. :(

Hey you know what it was like to pump before the implant. What did it do? It engorged the glans.
I have the Titan and I use the VED after i pump up my implant.

It increases the blood flow to the glans. It firms it up solid :D Actually increases girth more then the length. When i asked my dr how i could firm the glans up, he said with collagen injections but one would have to do it every 6 months. lol Other option was i could use a VED.

Mark- how long after surgery did you wait until you started VED?
