eric,

Let me clarify: you can feel the large inflatable cylinders in your penis. This is the whole point of getting an implant. You get used to the different feeling and it becomes normal.

You may or may not notice the smaller tubes coming out of the proximal end of the cylinders at the base of the penis and running down to the pump in your scrotem. I can feel mine, but they are no bid deal. Mine are very well buried into my body at the base of my penis, and I only can detect them when I really look for them. In no way do they hinder sex. They are barely noticeable, and a small price to pay for a working dick.

Other members have much more noticeable tubing leading from the base of the penis to the the pump in the scrotem. This is either an anatomy issue, a poor installlation, or some of both. So again - I think your choice of surgeon is of the utmost importance in minimizing this possible (minor) issue.

Positive Experience:

I was implanted 4 Oct 2018. I see my implant as a wonderful gift. After suffering from ED with all the failures, self doubts, questioning my manhood I was ready for the implant. I had wonderful support from my surgeons PA and surgical nurse. I knew the implant was my best option.

I was not prepared for how much my wife and I love this device. My equipment now works every time, anytime and for as long as we want. This allows me to have: Stress free, worry free, anxiety free, Spontaneous, playful, joyful fun filled lovemaking and sex with the woman I have adored for 45 years.

My wife and I are entering our "golden years" the implant has extended and in some ways improved our love making and passion. I say a quick prayer of gratitude each time we have couple time.

What parts of it can you feel inside your body? Obviously the pump in your nutsack but anything else?
Are you familiar with 3/8 diameter surgical. tubing? It is what is used to wrap around your arm and restrict blood flow when getting a blood draw. The LGX inflatable implant tubing fells like that all the time. After PC mine was so shrunk up, I needed tweezers to find it. Now with the soft inplant tubes in it, it can not shrink back up. It is a wonderful natural feel of almost a 5 1/2 semi hard of the old days before the cancer. You can feel the pressure tubing around the base where they enter IF you are consciously trying to feel for them.

My wife had to get past the "gross" factor

Your wife thought it was gross? That's not very comforting to hear.

Please remember it is human nature to be vocal about problems. Also, FrankTalk is a site created to help men with problems so it stands to reason that posts are weighted in that direction. I have seen a lot of positivity in the 3 or so years since I found the site. I have had my implant for 2.5 years and can't think of anything negative to say, aside from the fact it would be great to have a fully functioning natural dick instead of an implanted dick, but I am so grateful for implants and how mine has made me feel like a whole man again. If you need any reassurance or more positive talk, I'd be happy to help.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

In reading countless posts about it on this forum about tubing my takeaway is this: It's about 65/35. Some people feel them, some do not. The ones that do in large part do not mind but some have issues with it, mostly at the base of the penis and when flaccid. I feel like whether it's a Titan or an AMS doesn't really matter, the surgeon/doc plays a huge part in regards to the tubing and if it can/cannot be felt.

It's a big issue for me so I just want as many facts and opinions as I can get. I'm not sure how I would deal with it feeling the tubes in my penis from a psychological and even physical standpoint even if meant I could be the worlds greatest porn star at any time.

You'd have to know her. She's just that way and was worried that I was going to split her open too. As I said, she got over that quickly after being exposed to it from the inside... She still refuses to consider inflating it for me but that's okay.

Several here actually are. JH2007 who had been MIA for a couple of months and GayPornStud who posts ever so often.

You want a positive result? I will vote my implant as a rousing success. Got mine from Dr. Eid on January 21, 2020. First test flight within 3 weeks, and I've seen more action in the intervening 5 weeks than the previous three years of TriMix, even with the same wife...

She was a skeptic at first, but has since admitted she is a fan of my hydraulic member. There is no doubt that it will remain erect until she has had enough. She has cried, "uncle!" twice since, and never had in the preceding 42 years.

My choices to get an implant, and have it installed by Dr. Eid, were a couple of the best in my life.

The most positive effect has been in my mental attitude. I am more confident in, and out, of the bedroom. I was literally moved to tears when I realized that my love life had been reborn, and that my male confidence had been restored.
