We need some success stories/positivity around here

Is it just me or have there been an unusual amount of posts describing major problems/issues/bad experiences around here lately. It's getting me bummed out and not as "pumped" about getting an implant as I used to be. What happened to all the positive comments and happy endings? Does anyone have anything positive to say?

Sure, still healing after 143 days but last night I had a miraculous semi soft natural erection *after* some self play in the shower. Everything was plump and round after deflating and flattening out the cylinders... was totally flabbergasted.

Mine will be 2 years old in April. I am kind of down because my sponginaous (glans) will not expand because the URO removed all my nerves during a prostatectomy. Sometimes it will expand when I need to pee bad. Also my wife(76) is not interested much in it. About one day a month she gets Horney and today all the stars aligned. Woke up with a piss hard on and her playing with it. Time to go work and pleasure her. Gave it 20 pumps and we screwed slowly for about 1/2 hr. No rush and never a fear of it getting soft. Then I hammered it to a finish, both exhausted with big smiles. Is that encouragement enough?

The sponginaous gets blood flow separate from the part that makes your penis hard. ( Hell getting old and not remembering the technical names) But, yes that part can get hard independently. If the dr gently moves the (Material) inside your penis over to insert the implant, natural erections do happen also.

I've had an implant since 2002 (CX for 12 years, then LGX for the last 6 years), and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Soft, turned me from a grower to a show-er. Hard -- oh yeah baby! :D

I was a little down over lost 1/2 inch length and girth. Recovery was gradual and i measured reciently and gained back all I lost. I actually measure 1/2 inch longer than ever pre implant. Could that be possible?

Anyway, a most positive outcome from an implant standpoint. But now that I am 110%, my wife has gone through menopause and has lost ALL intetest in sex . As a classic car owner, I now have two garage queens to polish.

I must say though the wife still looks teriffic. Dr Cramer even commented on her appearence in the vid of my surgery.

Hello all, my name is G, I’m 32 yrs old from va I was implanted Jan. 2020 by Dr Ryan Terleckie in Winston-Salem Nc. I was implanted with a Ams 700 LGX 24
cm. This Dr is truly amazing very little pain everything went great. I went in with 9” and came out with more than I went in with. I am more than satisfied. if your in va or North Carolina he is definitely the guy to see. I research him good before and talked to former patients and everything they said was true. He has 0 infection rate and just a nice down to earth dr. You can see him perform the surgery on YouTube. I’m willing to talk to anyone with questions. P.S I love my larger flaccid package and how I catch women checking it out in sweat pants. Lol

I'd call my procedure a success.
I had hardly any swelling or even bruising.
I lost no length and gained a fraction of an inch.
My only negative is a small kink in my low shaft when flaccid.
It's actually no big deal though.

I'm just on two years with my Titan and loving it. From the start ive just cycled once a day and have added 2.5 cm to my length and 2cm to my girth from my post implant size.
This weapon has made me a much better lover than i could have ever been.

Yes and my normally flat and floppy sides of my penis (corpora cavernosa where the cylinders are) was nice, firm and round with the texture of stiff modeling clay. This was more than any post-implant semi-erection that I've had in the past. I had already orgasmed and ordinarily the refractory period should have started but I had quite the erection (albeit insufficient for penetration), and it was quite painful in the glans, or the cylinder tips behind it. It was about 5-10 minutes before it went down, stopped throbbing in pain, and went back to flattened roadkill shape (or thereabouts) again.

DISCLAIMER: YMMV. (Your Mileage May Vary)
