Hi, I did my first implant surgery 2 months ago.
I have various problems like soft/floppy glans and lost girth.
Now, after 2 months, I also notice that my right testicle is still way too high in in the scrotum. I also have lot of fluids in the scrotum and I still have ematoma on the bottom of the sack. My doc said to stop cycling and wait a few day and it will disappear. I waited but nothing changed. I contacted my doc again and he said to not worry and try to pump it again.
In this situation I can't have sex and I can't do any exercise.
I attach some pics.
Can you give me any suggestion?

Hey man. Sorry to hear of your issues. Sounds like your doc doesn't want to take any responsibility. It may be smart to make an appointment with someone else for a second opinion. It is unclear to me in the photo so I have to ask what may be a stupid question. Is your pump way down at the bottom of your sac because had you not said anything it looks like both balls are hanging low. If the answer is yes, is the pump what's preventing your testicle from dropping into its typical position?
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
Re: Testicle too high after 2 months (with pics)
I had similar issues with my left testicle for a month or so. The pump is in my left scrotum and the testicle just rode on top of it for about 6-8 weeks. It finally came down and now lives in the same flat with its roommate, the pump.

My right testicle is way too high also. Sits on top of the pump, very painful. I suspect the doctor misjudged the connecting tube length. This is my second implant, and it wasn't like this with my first implant...

Steve87, sorry to hear about your pain, but all I can say is "patience". You cock and balls have been through a TRAUMATIC experience. Everyone heals differently.
Make sure to somehow document what what said/done in your situation.
I, myself, had issues with my 1st implant. No sex because of issue, for 5 months after operation.
Found FT. read as much as I could. Patience is key. Drs' main concern is functionality (as in eliminating bodily wastes).
I am by no means saying drop your worries! All I am saying is keep reading, even old threads.
Keep taking very warm baths/showers.
Speaking for myself, I noticed that I could shower in the hottest water, no problem. But as I healed, I needed water cooler. After 1st week, I could explore my balls and pump. I seemed to slip back. Balls are slightly swollen again. I can tolerate hot water (but seem to want it cooler now), I cannot explore my balls, and my sensitivity is back!

The pump in at the bottom left of my sack. The left testicle is above the pump. If try to move the pump the testicle remains way too high and there is a mass of fluid all around the sack on the bottom and around the pump. The mass is causing issues with the inflate/deflate commands because it's difficult to feel the bulb and the release button. I also have pain on my testicle and in my groin area. I contacted again my doc, I sent him photos and he said it may be an orchitis or epididymitis. He told me to stop cycling for a week and inject Rocefin (Ceftriaxone) for 6 days. Unfortunately my doc is not in my city and now with coronavirus in Italy it's barley impossible to move. In the meanwhile I will also try to contact another urologist in my city. I also attach other pics of my actual situation (red circles indicate the location of the testicle), any further help or suggestion is appreciated, thanks.

As others have said, with most of these issues patience is important. However, the fact you are in pain and there is a fluid buildup preventing you from effectively cycling, if you can see another urologist, I would still recommend it. I have no medical knowledge but maybe it is possible to at least drain the fluid. It never hurts to get additional advice. I know the current circumstances in Italy will likely make it difficult to get an appointment. Here is the states many doctors are video conferencing with their patients so you may be able to do something like that and show them your issue and still get advice.

Re: Testicle too high after 2 months (with pics)
I went to er today because I fear an infection. The urologist did an ultrasound and told me I had a big internal hematoma in the sack between the pump and the testicle. He told me that is important that it does not become infected. He told me to continue to use antibiotics and put ice.
Anyway I contacted again my surgeon and he told me to avoid ice and put heat pad on it. He's not concerned about infection and he said hematoma may be caused by a trauma when I activated the pump since maybe I can have pressed some tissue in the scrotum. He also told me to rest and continue antibiotics and it should go away in 7/10 more days. In the meantime I still have to stop cycling.
I'm now on week 9 and all this internal swelling and hematoma are not usual. I'm still pretty scared about infection and also about the fact that it's almost 10 days that I don't inflated the device and I have to wait more days until (hopefully) the hematoma and swelling will disappear. This may cause scar tissue and shortening?

Re: Testicle too high after 2 months (with pics)
I Just did a video conference with Dr.Eid. he told me that my implant is undersized and pump placement is definitely wrong. He also told me that ams is not suitable for me since I have a big dick and he suggested a replacement with a titan to also fix the issue with lost girth.
The implant should not be infected since I'm able to move the pump in the scrotum. He suggested me to wait and the swelling/mass should ho away hopefully. He also told me that glans engorgement should come back in the next few months.
His office is closed until end of may so if I want to do a revision with him I have to wait about 2/3 months. I will check my progresses with my current implant and I will decide in the next few months.
