Did you have similar "eyes" on the head of your dick where the doctor pulled the suture material through to seat the tips in the glans.

Nothing like that.

I can plainly feel two small tubes and two larger ones well outside my body in the deflated shaft. They can be separated and counted and the two small diameter, harder tube extend at least 2" out, perhaps more. This is fact. There are not supposed to be four tubes in my actual penis according to any drawings.

Not sure what that means.

With infrapubic, you have the tubing coming out the top of the corpora inside the body and then *UP AND OVER* to one side of the penis and down along the pubic bone and musculature to the scrotum. You will feel the tubing from the "up & over" approach.

Degloving means that they do a circumcision cut around the penis and slide the skin down to one's abdomen like a glove on a hand.

It sounds like an MRI or sonogram might get some answers. If it is as you're saying, that sounds like gross malpractice (hack job). I can't see that occurring from anyone who can read a technical manual from the manufacturer. Who was your surgeon?

No, no other incisions. These small tubes are in the shaft, they can be separated and counted. Two small hard ones and the softer larger ones. The entry point can be felt also, where the tube enters the cylinders. Plain as day.

Of a 20cm cylinder, how much is on the short end, the part that is supposed to be inside after where the tubes join? 1.75" or so? I swear that is in my shaft and does not extend to the glans.

The Titan measurements are about 0.75 to 1 cm of hard plastic tip material at the distal end (in the glans) and about 4.5 cm of hard plastic tip material with the tubing exiting just behind where it attaches to the expansion material of the cylinder.

A 20 cm Titan actually has about 14.5 cm of expandable area, 1 cm of distal tip and 4.5 cm of proximal tip.

When deflated, how long is the hard plastic in your distal penis? It should be about 1 cm or about a third of an inch.

Thank you Wayne. That is NOT how this is. Measuring from my body: 2.25" consisting of (2) Cylinders and (2) hard tubes, 1.5" or so to the absolute tips of the cylinders then about .75"-1" for the empty glans. This can all be felt.

I can also feel those are pointed tips near my anus. I am not making this up.... sadly.

See pic. I can plainly feel this in my shaft. Those tips end right about where the glans begins. I can even feel the place where the tubes join and where the more flexible cylinders end. I can feel that "coupling" or whatever it is.

Where would I go for that? To him?

They do an ultra-sound of my bladder every time I go to the urologist. I'm sure it's to milk a couple dollars from Medicare.
I don't think it costs too much. MRIs are a different story.
