Doctors want to replace it because of the bulb and offered a larger one because of the number of pumps I had to put into mine. This is totally not cool and doesn't instill a lot of confidence

Curious...number of pumps? Big difference in number? How long did it take for the difference show up?

BTW, don't you find this confusing that you have the same thread posted 2X?

I'm sorry about the double entries a bit of Parkinson's in my hands. I do a great deal of pumps of simply because I do have pumps I suppose because of sore fingers. When you pump him almost to Max the pump itself stays flat does not re-inflate. I will get ahold of my Titan liaison thank you

After you deflate the implant (pressing deflate valvle) does the bulb come back hard? Can you inflate It again ?

If you can repeat this cycle over and over with the same results every time, going flat when you are near max inflation, it sounds like a classic example of the reservoir being under filled for your implant's needed volume. The issue may have only recently shown itself because your tissues have recently stretched to the point where you are using all of the saline that was in the reservoir.

It sounds like the doctor is talking about putting in a bigger reservoir or filling the current one fuller.
