I have noticed when less inflated ejaculation is easier via intercourse. However, oral sex with max inflation is pretty amazing.

Even though I could orgasm inside my wife from the first time I tried, I do however agree to the continual evolution and improvement. I am 4.5 years post op now, and it seriously keeps getting better. The latest improvment noticed is being able to have sex with it fully inflated. Fully to the point where I use two hand and full force to squeeze the last of the 60 pumps into it. And it feels great fucking with it. The first 6 months or so, I thought anything above 20 pumps was feeling uncomfortable, and then it has just continuously changed from there.
Could mention a lot of other things that has kept improving all these years, but let's stop here for this time and just conclude that patience is key.
