Can't orgasm during intercourse

Ok first let me say this implant is the best decision I have made in a long long time can't believe I didn't do it years ago!! My demeanor with women is totally changed and I am like a new dude.

The problem is I cannot orgasm during intercourse yet. I met a young girl from a dating site and while the sex is absolutely amazing and I feel like I have died and gone to heaven, I have not yet been able to cum while we are screwing. The sensation is wonderful and I come close but just can't get it done. After I wear her out, we resort to her mouth or hand and get the job done and I still have a mind blowing orgasm. So I still get it done but man would it be nice to finish inside her.

Anyone else have this problem? One thing I notice is my erection points slightly downward so I don't know if the angle is reducing friction in the right places. I also went from average to less than average length so the stroke is shorter although she seems to be loving it. If I can find a woman for long term and discard the condom I have a feeling the problem may go away but right now I am obviously using them for safe sex.

Again this is a problem I am so happy to be having after looking at a useless piece of meat for years. I am like a kid again mentally.

Jack,
I can say that my experience was similar; I can last a lot longer than before my implant. You’re still new to your own implant. I would suggest that you give yourself more time. Of course, both my wife and I enjoy my new staying power.

My doctor also offered this hint: the firmer you pump your implant, the less sensitive you will he. If you pump minimally, just enough to penetrate, for example, you may find that your orgasm comes more easily. It works for me.

Enjoy.

As I understand it, this is very common. I haven't been able to finish in my wife yet and have to resort to a hand session after we get too tired to continue further.

Since I'm just past 4 months (132 days) post-op, I'm looking forward to "getting my fortune cookie with my meal" sometime soon!

Haha thanks I will now use that analogy. As I said in my post i am simply so happy to be doing anything this is a very minor deal. But I am also looking forward to that "fortune cookie".

You are only 9 weeks out. I had the same problem. It gets better soon. I still have to hammer a lot longer.

Thanks OldBeek! Hammering longer is not a bad thing after having no hammer at all.

You are very early in the process. I can cum into my partner normally, but I am six months after surgery and last time we had sex I was not able to cum. It is a kind of curious thing: first times I was able to cum, but not my partner. Last time, my wife pushed really hard and could cum, but I suffered some pain because her hard push and I couldn't.

Give it time. You are very young in implant.

I have found if I don’t pump to max, it’s easier for me to cum. Then I can pump up to max again if she hasn’t, or wants 2 or 3 more.

Have you tried extra thin condoms? a couple of brands have them and it should improve sensibility! also.. check if the condom is a right fit, as it hinders the experience too!

Guys, guys, guys,....big difference between cumming and having the big 'O'. I myself can cum, but the big 'O' is missing. Its more like 'meh'....the journey is wonderful, but when the time cums, that releasing of the floodgates is not there. Its great when its the two coincide, but sometimes...
I am only a week out, but body is starting to wake up and I just had to take things into my own hands!
Before surgery, I was bitching about missing the big 'O', but was getting it back after I used some VED help. This was with the malleable. Now I have the 3-piece, and back to square one, but know what to when my balls heal:)!
