Glans engorgement though, YES/MAYBE. Depends on whether lack of engorgement is arterial in nature or venous.
Remember that the glans and the shaft both have spongiosum tissues which engorge with arousal. That engorgement is independent of the erectile function of the cavernosum (and implant).
Thus,, I believe, girth may be enhanced by filling out the shaft's spongiosum tissue just as the glans may be enhanced. The implant has no effect on those tissues, but arousal can and E.D. medications should be able to (if no other debilitating factors are operative) also.
