Thank you! Yea that kinda sucked. The feedback was to overwhelming for any site to silence a woman's view. If anyone has a partner or wants a partner in the future I believe the first thing that comes to our mind is how will my partner react to my implant and what will they think? There is little to no forums to find their point of view. After all when you visit this site we are all looking to improve our quality by improving our quality of Penis Erection. This whole site and forum is surrounding our Penis's. Forgive Renee and I if we have offended anyone on this site. However the title of her post clearly said " Womens Perspective" If you are offended by this then do not click the subject. I will jump in with MY answers to your questions.

Length and girth of erect penis unchanged from pre-op. I never did lose much size due to E.D. and maintained size when E.D. became severe by use of vacuum therapy

The pump is palpable at any time. The implant's parts are palpable when not inflated, but you have to search for them.

When pumping up, I cannot feel the saline movement. When deflating, I can feel the pump body vibrate (buzz, hum, however one chooses to describe it) gently.

Spongiosum (Glans, head, shaft outside of the tunica albuginea) is still dependent on blood flow and does engorge/enlarge

I did extensive research (almost two years) before having the implant. Not one second of WTF for me. Everything went smoothly and the only question I had for my surgical team post-op was a little bit of blood coming out of my urine stream which was most likely a blood clot from the catheter that lodged for a couple days and passed without incident. But I was not expecting it.

Hey Erik, I haven't sized my girth yet but can say the quality of my girth is unbelievable. I would say my length is a little bit shorter, but I feel comfortable I will be back to what I was before surgery. My penis is tight at the base and its not to stretchable yet.

Not to be to detail, she said she cannot feel any part by either oral or sexual intercourse. All she says all the time is I cannot believe how thick your Penise is. She's quiet Happy;-)

Yes I can feel air bubbles sometimes and I can at times feel the hydraulics moving. It's all good, doesn't bother me at all. I asked Dr. Kramer earlier this week if I need to be concerned that I would rupture the pump, tubes or lines. He said no way could I destroy this 3-piece unit. That made me feel a ton better, for I was concerned how tight the bulb is at times and freaking out that I would rupture the bulb.


Does the head of your penis enlarge when pumped or is that still dependent on blood flow?
My head / gland depends if Im stimulated. If Im cycling in the morning and afternoon while I'm getting ready for work or bed my head / gland remains unstimulated ( smaller ) However during intercourse its huge just like normal.

Funny and yes. The day we flew home after surgery which was 3 days post-op I arrived at our home and upacked. First thing I did was inspect my penis. I felt a rather thick tube on the ride side of my penis. I freaked out. I texted Dr. Kramer that night asking if there was anyway the tube ruptured from my Corpra and was that what I'm feeling. He Said No way can that happen. What I was feeling was an irritated vein from the surgery. Sure thing the next morning it went away.

The other freak out I had was when I went to work I wore tight underwear and a jockstrap. I went to use the bathroom to urinate and noticed on the right side of my penis was swollen a lot. I texted Dr. Kramer and he said all was normal and not to wear anything too tight. What caused that swelling in my penis was the tight shorts pushing the fluid from my scrotum into my Penis. I went home and laid down on the sofa with no shorts on. The swelling immediately went away.

As of today 2 weeks post op I have none of these issues. My wife and I had intercourse this morning for about 30 minutes and it was great. A little soreness as though I worked a new muscle out in the gym. All is good though. No Pain No Gain Right;0

"New muscle" soreness is right. Amputees have similar observations about their new foot, etc. Well, OK, not THAT similar, but you do have a new prosthetic and soreness.

Exercise only makes the muscle stronger. Exercising that muscle can make your (marital) bonds grow stronger, too. Glad to hear you both are doing well. A success story for the ages and I am so happy for you both.

Andrew Kramer's videos are amazing. I was a little bit thrown initiall, but once I manned up and stuck with them I learned so much. He's a gifted man. You were very lucky to have him. It just shows how much confidence he has in himself that he's considering live surgerys.

My god it must be a surreal experience to watch the video of him operating on you! How did that feel?

My swelling did now go down as fast as yours. I’m still not able to pump yet. Or at least I’m hesitant to because I still have swelling.
I had a question.
You said that you cannot feel the tubes and that what u were feeling was a vein.
I had the same reaction when I got home. I can feel the tubes on both sides. The corpora is not ruptured is it? It’s just inside and can be felt through the tissue.
I can definitely feel the tubes all the way up and down. Though I am mostly deflated. I bet it feels different when inflated fully. Im sure u could still feel the tubes. Just maybe it’s not obvious to any girl. Prob just feels hard like any tissue. Only u know the difference in ur own penis.
Also perhaps our cases are different as you had the AMS I have the titan

Also while I’m here. How long did it take you to heel up the stitches?
Mine seem unchanged at the moment.

Azib92, what you're feeling INSIDE your penis is most likely the cylinders' expandable material. If you've watched any of the videos of Dr. Kramer or other surgeons doing the implant surgery, you will notice that the implant is flat and floppy, except for the hard tips on both ends. That's exactly how it is inside a penis when it's deflated. It's a deflated balloon and as such, there are edges between the flat sides. The curved edges between the top and bottom flat sides will be felt similarly to a "tube". In reality it's just the edge of the flattened cylinder. Once you put a couple of pumps of fluid into it, the flattened edge disappears and can no longer be felt.

I threw together an illustration of the profile of an implant deflated and inflated so you can see what I mean. The top and bottom edges of the deflated profile will feel like tubes.

It makes total sense. I am currently only 20% inflated. Im not concerned.
Another thing. Is it normal to have a lot of itching during the healing process. My scrotum has been itching a lot over the last couple of days. I have been washing and keeping the are clean. It helps when I moisturize and out some cream on it. I think it’s just dry and healing.

Note to self. Do not exercise or walk much. Renee and I wanted to get out of the house during this Stay Home Order by our local county. Like a dumb dumb I walked around 3 miles total to our local grocery and back. Boy did I pay for this. Honestly when I was walking I didn't feel any pain or soreness whatsoever. However later that night my pump basically attached its self to my right testical. Dr. Kramer told me to take warm baths and ice. He prescribed Cipro for a few days as well. This was an unfortunate set back for me, but it was my fault. I will update more this weekend. All of my bruising is gone and the scrotum looks great. Hardly no noticeable scars. Dr. Kramer is Amazing. No I'm not a walking / talking Infomercial for Dr. Kramer but when I'm happy with someone's service I can't keep my mouth shut. LOL
