Circumcision after implant

Has anyone on the forum had a Circumcision after having an implant. I think that may be in my furture. Was curious as to the reason for the operation and if it affected your implant performance or the sensitive of the penis. I have found that the implant itself reduced sensation to a small degree. I would appreciate a private response.
