I had titan 3 piece implanted on Monday recovery is going great had it deflated today and measured it for the first time it is 5 inch lenght and close to 6 girth can I expect to lose or gain any size over the 6 week recovery time ?

NOT BEING A NEGATIVE PERSON,, But i have had 3 of these i would suspect that you still have swelling and need to wait a couple weeks then remeasure.

Am I reading that you are 2 cm shorter at your last revision?
That is very unusual. All others here who had revision ended up longer then original implant.

MK1965 was addressing Wade1958's question.

As far as your length and girth go, Wade's comment that you should not expect relevant measurements until after yous post-op swelling has gone down is spot-on. Besides, length is not everything. Girth seems to be more important to sexual satisfaction of one's partner than length and a 10" dick, while photogenic, if it does not stay erect for the duration, is vastly inferior to a 4" dick that does. In short, don't worry about size. At least, not until a few more weeks. Probably 4 to 6.

To Mk1965, I will note that while most men get do get a longer implant at revision, it is uncertain if that translates to a longer penis. Compression of tissues may take up some of the extra implant size.

nothing was said about 2 cm, what i was pointing out is that i have had three surgeries and i was still dealing with swelling 5 days out from each surgery.
My first two surgeries were a botched mess because of peyroines and fibrosis , third surgery was 3 1/2 hour long basically reconstruction and repair from the mess the first surgeon left . good luck on your recovery stay positive ,, Wade

Wade, what MK1965 was keying in on was the 18 cm cylinders you had previously and the 16 cm cylinders you have now. That accounts for a 2 cm loss in cylinder length, although it might have been done to correct the previous implant that was oversized, or for other factors rather than actual loss of length, of course.

One more thing, your signature states that your third surgery was 12/13/20. I'm guessing that was probably supposed to read 12/13/19.

i'm sorry i see now my apology .The first surgeon used the ams 18 cm cx but it would not work due to the peyroines, and tissue aneurysm he caused when dilating the corpra .The cx did not have the rigidness that was needed . DR Wang used the titan 16cm to help straighten my penis as much as possible. again please accept my apology i did not realize where the numbers were coming from..

No apology necessary, but thanks anyway. Calculating dimensions in living tissue is fraught with variables at any time. Combining geometry with it compounds the complexity.

Five days after my implant my penis was considerably shorter, both deflated and inflated, compared to what it ended up being. I do not recall how much larger it was at 6 weeks like you asked, but by the one year anniversary I know I had regained all the length I had lost from prostatectomy surgery and Peyronie’s disease.
