I've been told by several docs that keeping it straight up at noon position helps train the cylinders so that later when they soften it sticks out erect more naturally. So yes in time deflated you will tend to point more downward.'The longer the heavier the more downward.
Typically when you fully inflate you will point straight out at about 3 oclock position

most surgeons will leave it partially inflated after surgery, until your first appointment.

What direction is 6pm?
I understand "up". That would be towards your head.
As I understand it, most references define 12 o'clock as extreme "up", 1 o'clock as merely "up" and 6 o'clock as towards your toes. 3 o'clock straight out from your body, perpendicular to your spine. Most do not differentiate between am or pm.

Ironically, most 24 hour clocks that have 24 discrete hour positions appear to have 6 pm (18:00) pointing to the 9:00 position of a normal clock. That would equate to 3:00 from an angular perspective as it's horizontal. I suspect the OP is really trying to say that it is pointing to his belly but clarification from the OP would be necessary to confirm this.

Yeah, I thought briefly about the 24 hour clock, but the OP's reference to 6pm instead of 1800 hours made me drop that from my line of thinking.
Yes, definitely clarification from the OP in in order.
I hop he is talking about vertical angle, not horizontal angle. That would suggest pointing to the left or right rather than up or down and REALLY confuse me.

Hmmm...if it was straight down, then yes, it would be uninflated.
My surgery was on 3/2. Dr just answered my note on being inflated because my cock flops all over the place, and he just said it was uninflated.
