Semi Rigid

Hello all

I am now 6 weeks post op. To say the least I hate my implant, this is my second implant since OCT 19. This time around I got my length back but because my left cylinder did some twisting at the base, I’ve lost at least an in of girth.

During this time I’ve reflected and since I’m 27 I’m contemplating just going with a semi rigid next so I don’t have to go through this mental trauma any longer. Due to my age I’m sure I’ll have to undergo at least 3-4 surgery’s in my lifetime or even more depending on malfunction.

I need advice on semi rigids, like from those that have it or even those that have knowledge. Will I lose length/ girth? Is it practical for a athletic 27 yr old to go malleable? Or am I going to hate it? (Obviously this will only be determined by me but I guess hypothetically what do you think)

Pre ED I was 7.5/5.5 I am now 6.7 by 4.5- and every time I inflate I have pain in my left cylinder due to the twist. I don’t want to do this anymore to be honest. I’m so depressed and am in need of advice please

Pamen,
I got a 3-piece last Aug., it became infected. Kramer implanted Tactra 1-piece, just lift up to fuck, push down for stowage. Since I lost inches because of infection, hated Tactra because my dick kept poking out, and being uncut, just made things worse for me. Got a new Titan 3-piece put in 3/2. I am sore right now, but libido intact:)! I will aggressively cycle to get to my 8" before I went down this road.
Since semi only has to deal with the cylinders, it is very simple procedure, but you will have a permanent hard on.
