I have a 22 cm installed by Hakky. I’d say I probably gained some girth, but probably the same girth pre-Ed which is promising. Mine failed 1-year after he installed. At this time he was at Advanced Urology. I did a revision at Atlanta Cosmetic Urology, his new outfit & was not impressed with his office staff, service or Coloplast warranty involvement.

no implant will stretch your tunica beyond your natural girth. For guys that had PC, their nerves may be destroyed. The sponginousm will not expand. That is what engorges the glans and the rest of your penis. That lack of blood flow causes a cold glans and skinny dick. Kramer says trimix gell can expand the sponginousm to give more girth.

There are implants in all length sizes but there is no choice when it comes to the diameter of the cylinder (except that longer Titan's also have slightly wider cylinders).

For men with thicker penises this means a loss of girth. Above which girth does this loss of size occur? Simply extrapolating the diameter of the cylinder to the penis' diameter does not answer the question, I am aware.

Luther, assuming you get some degree of cavernosal engorgement even if it's insufficient for penetration, a tissue sparing method of implantation (careful dilation of the corpora rather than destruction of the tissues) might permit a firmer girthier result. It's worth asking the doctor during consultation if it's possible.

The results occur in some men unintentionally, to some degree after implantation.

I would like to jump in as someone who was robbed of his girth. I just noticed the my dick is thicker than what i had with the one piece, so i am happy!!! i am still missing, but this is a bigly improvement from the one piece.

I have lost perhaps and inch of girth along with 2 inches of length. I think I was undersized and at 3 months I have gained nothing even with pumping to max daily.
