I do have a bulge depending on the type pants I wear, my wife loves it and the attention I get from it. I can't ask her how I look after dressing with out her staring at what she calls my print. If your concerned just grab a size bigger pants. Me I'll continue to wear it proudly!!!

What makes you think he doesn't have it deflated. Have you seen his naked dick pictures?
There are pictures of other guys here with 24cm Titans and when they are fully deflated they say the bulge is barely noticeable.... Also... Judging by what they say.
It doesn't offend me at all. I'm European and not prude at all. I just don't think that it is appropriate in a public setting.

Here i'm. European, 24 titan no rte.
I have a big penis ( +17 cm deflated length ) and it does not remain completely hidden with pants.
(I precise i use only tight pants) . I can completely hide It with wider clothes. I like my light bulge.

In the US there is a brand of casual shirts called , UnTuckit. Nice cut for wearing untucked.
