Someone mentioned they hated the David Archey separate pouch underwear. David Archey makes many different styles underwear. I recommended David Archey after implant because the are bamboo and feel like silk. I bought the bikini style which has a larger pouch for my new junk. I had an RP and need to use a drip light day pad. The larger pouch provides room for the added pad and the larger flaccid. The separate pouch for your penis might be nice if you are a expositionist.

The sepretech brand with the penis hole helps to keep my titan impaled flaccid penis somewhat under control. But after a few washings the boxer start to shrink.
