When I heard that, I was bemoaning my loose suspensory ligament, toying with the idea of a shade-tree mechanic's fix... baling wire tied around the proximal penis, twisted around the pubic bone! :lol:

Don't laugh. That is exactly how they fixed my thumb. Essentially tied a string from the thumb to the forefinger (inside my hand, of course).
