Some more questions + concerns

Hey everyone, so at this point iam 99% sure i will go for an implant in the near future, most likely with Dr Kramer or Dr Eid.

Short story about me,

Iam in my late twenties and from germany and had sport accident with 14 or 15 in which somebody shot a ball super hard on my dick and since then i have problems with erections but lot of the doctors dont seem to believe me (i dont believe it broke or anything, but the hard impact must have caused some inner injury). Cialis etc is working to some extend and i still can get decent erections with it but it can not maintain hard enough for sex.
Urologist discovered with help of a doppler there is a problem that one side of my penis is not able to keep the blood inside. It also feels like that for me when i get erections, if i stop to touch my dick while masturbation i can literally see how the blood flows out and it starts to shrink, penis ring didnt help either or iam too stupid to use them. So yeah, i dont see myself using needles and so on for years and i rather get implant done straight away because most people seem happy with results from dr. eid and dr. kramer.

Iam kinda just waiting for last blood tests to see if there is anything wrong with me in that regard but i highly doubt it. Currently doing a VED + Cialis therapy for next 2 month to see if anything will change but i almost have no hopes for that.

Only thing which i still might consider is a cavernosography but i dont even know if this is going to be worth something.If there is anything else i should try/get done feel free to let me know please.

So yeah, iam quite a big grower overall.

Here are some of the questions i always got in my mind:

1. I still have my foreskin as you can see, will i be able to keep it? is it still possible to put foreskin over your penis after the implant?

2. Done the stretch test and iam bit worried because it would never reach even close to my erect size. I will not cry if i lose a bit of length cause i know they will try their best but i genuinly hope my penis will somewhat be recognizable for me.
Can some of you guys who always were similar growers like me confirm that things will at least somewhat look similar haha?

3. My glans gets quite big/firm when iam having erections, i hear a lot of people have a soft glans, is this caused by the ED or by the surgery? i would be quite sad if i lose the ability to get a big/firm glans to be be honest.

4. Iam mostly worried about this floppy glans thing, but it seems this mostly happens when the surgeon is not 100% accurate with sizing. Do some guys here who got surgery by Eid or Kramer ever had this problem?

5. Because iam not from the states, is there ways to consult with dr.eid or kramer before the surgery via mail or something like that and are they willing to answer questions about my concerns and so on? I genuinly would like to hear their opinions if this really is the best way to solve my problem.

Hi. First, I am sorry you have had to deal with this since such a young age. I am happy for you that you are researching your options and taking charge of the issue and working on a solution. There have been several guys here on FT who have come to the States from other countries to use Dr. Eid. Merrix is one of them and he has been keeping a detailed journal of his experiences from the beginning. You should read his notes and it will help you with some of your questions.

One thing you have to understand is each one of us is different. The results one of us gets is not going to be identical to what another gets. So, when you ask about keeping your foreskin, yes it will still be there, but it may or may not still cover your glans. Currently your natural penis can retract back in size after an erection so the foreskin covers the glans. When you gat an implant your soft size typically remains longer so it depends on how much loose skin you have.

Some men still get an engorged glans after implant surgery and some don’t. If you go with Dr. Eid and your glans still engorged right before getting the implant it most likely will engorge with it.

You will likely end up with an erect size very similar to what you have now, but there are sometimes internal issues that affect sizing. For my pre-op stretch test my length was far shorter than what my implanted size is. I had some Peyronies which caused plaque build up and didn’t allow my penis to stretch. My surgeon scraped away the plaque during the surgery so my penis became more flexible and a larger implant could be used.

You will probably have a longer flaccid penis if you get an implant because it will no longer be able to retract back to that soft size you have now. I swim and prior to getting my
Implant my penis would nearly disappear when I was in the cool water. Now it stays long. Not a bad problem to have.

I hope you get everything figured out so you can lead a happy life and have great sex. I am in my 60’s and had ED since I was 30. I am now having sex like I was in my 20’s. It has changed my life. If there is an alternative that works for you without needing an implant it is preferable, but if you end up needing an implant you would be in great hands using the doctors you are talking about. Your foreskin will work completely the same after having an implant.

I was a grower before the implant (going from 2" to 5"), and with the implant I am more of a show-er (3.5" soft and 5" hard). Being a show-er is fine with me!

The insertion of an implant should not change the hardness of the glans when aroused. (The swelling of the glans and the erection of the shaft are two different processes.) My glans engorges with arousal just like it always did.

And for the non German users, Thank you very much aswell for the welcome and answers already. To answer some stuff that came out, yeah it was pretty difficult to deal with this in a really young age and it certainly left some scars in my mind which resulted in depression and anxiety, but also this is getting treated right now.

Iam just seeing this is a possibilty to have a fair chance at life if everything goes according to plan.

I have also met somebody here who got surgery done by Dr.Osmonov, the best german specialist when it comes to penile implants and he said he has outstanding results and is really happy. So i might not have to fly to the states after all.

I know other guys have givin great answers but maybe mind will have there own perspective.

1. You keep your forskin

2. The doctor will inject you with a drug to enduce a erection and make a measurement in his office. The doctor will remeasure you on the operation table with rods during your surgery. He will push them in hard into the head of your penis and then again deep into your body cavity and add the two amounts to determine your implant size. You might be surprised at how well the injection works as how hard the doctor will jam the measuring rods into you.

3. The surgery does not effect your glans. If you have glans that engorge they will continue to engorge after surgery. There should be no damage to your nerves.

4. I am a patient of dr Eid and I have not seen anyone here complain about him giving them a implant that was too small of that gave them floppy glans. Dr Eid will tell you he cares about 3 things: sizing, pump placement (so your nut sack looks good and the pump is easy to access), and infection. He told me personally he will put the biggest implant inside of my dick that can possibly fit.

5. You can call his office and they will give you his email or relay a message for you. You can then set up a video conference with dr Eid and ask anything you want. He is very friendly and you can also tell he knows what he’s talking about. He has lots of younger patients as well so don’t feel strange taking to him about this. I was 34 when I had my implant done.
