Has anyone tried this? I have been disappointed with glans engorgement and girth post op and decided to try a stretchy cock ring. It really made a big difference! I would say things looked very similar to my trimix erection. Does anyone know if this can cause any damage to the implant?

I tried two gel stretchy rings over my entire package the other night while using a stroker for some self-luv and although my glans wasn't rock hard, I got a mushroom of at least 1.5x the flaccid size out of my glans. It was quite firm although not hard. I definitely could still feel the cylinder tips through the tip of the glans but my corpora are only about 0.25" below the surface.

Many of you already have read my laments regarding what I feel about being short-sized or having received an incomplete implantation (doctor not drilling out the scar tissue in the proximal corpora in my crus to properly install the implant). This is why I cannot put on a cock ring over my shaft. The corporotomies and the cylinder tubing are in the distal penis right at the base so nothing is comfortable there or will stay in place, instead rolling down the penis. To solve this issue with the rings, I stretch them so they'll fit over my balls and then put them around EVERYTHING. It takes two rings of the gel variety to fully clamp off the venous out-flow enough to get a firm glans but it does seem to work. That being said, due to the anatomical issues mentioned previously, an Osbon ErecAid ring would be impossible to use because it would stop right on top of my corporotomies.

Already spoke with Dr. Allen Morey (high volume surgeon in Dallas), he said it's not worth the risk unless there is a real need for revision which there isn't currently. He said with my situation (scarring in the proximal area), he might have given me the same results had he been my surgeon last October. It's all about time and infection risk. It takes time to do a more thorough job and the longer it takes over 2 hours of surgery time, the more risk of airborne infection. It's at least possible in a future revision that I might get a proper proximal implant because 2/3 of the job has already been done.

Thanks for the link to the video. I was nervous about using the ring but now I'll continue with it. I am using the largest stretchy ring that I could find and wear it around my penis and scrotum. For the first time, it actually feels like a natural erection!

It would be nice to hear from other guys who have experience with this. For the first time in four months, I am encouraged.

yes, I have found that the ring totally fixes the glans issue, and yes it is safe to do.

I have used four different types of rings that you should consider (these can all be found on line and purchased on line):

A) Osbon VenoSeal Adjustable Penile Constriction Loop
B) cock ring 6 adjustable sizes silicon (I recommend the largest size so that it gently constricts)
c) silicone erection enhancer (from california exotic novelties)
d) vibrating cock ring

I think that if you stay with a ring that is silicon and large in diameter (ie, not a very aggressive tightness) , then there are no safety issues


REGARDING (A): the constriction loop is nice since you have total control over the tightness, and your woman might barely notice that it is there during thrusting. This one seems to be the most gentle on you

REGARDING (B) : the silicon cock ring is great because it is the lowest profile and the woman barely notices that it is there during deep thrusts. I like a size which is just tight enough to firm up your glans, so get the 6 pack with different sizes and use the biggest one that does the trick for you. Again, I just use it on my shaft (ie, no balls through it)

Regarding (C): The silicon erection enhancer is great since you can super quickly put it on just before penetrating, and the woman will barely notice that you took the moment to put it on (I use the larger size and place it just at the base of my shaft (ie, no balls through it)). I like the silicon rings and enhancers since they are stretchy and more low profile than the other ring designs.

Regarding (d): Of course, you should also be aware of the product "vibrating cock ring" -- there are many designs available. Some women find those frustrating since the man needs to stay in deep with solid continuous pressure on the clit. When the man releases that pressure, it is like taking the vibrator away. For non-bionic males, this will be a huge problem since a non-bionic will always want to thrust. For a bionic, because there is the luxury of infinite time, a bionic male can "pretend that he is just a dildo" and stay inside keeping the vibrating cock ring up against the clitoris. Then, once the woman has had an orgasm, the bionic man can then move into thrusting phase of sex. This is just another example on how us bionics can be such a gem of a find for a woman who loves sex.

So, yes, the ring is OK (in fact Dr Eid himself was the one who told me about Tim Osbon venoSeal and silicon cock rings) and it is safe to use. Personally, because of my very severe ED, I do have issues with a non-erect glans, but that is only because i have a psychological hangup that the glans is supposed to be hard as well. Certainly, the glans hardness never gets in the way of my ability to penetrate (though I agree penetrating seems to go smoother with a hard glans). Overall, because I like to "travel light" and be free from extra things to keep around should I be in a situation of sex, I have in general used the cock ring only for unusual special occasions. In other words, if your woman is satisfied with your penis with the glans soft but the shaft rock hard, then go with that since it is nice to provide the illusion that you are totally natural and do not need help from an external contraption.

Openings 1 & 3 are really handles, used to stretch opening 2 large enough to go over the penis.
