I tell everybody that I think may be helped by it. My dad had one years back. We never talked about it. Before searching out the videos of the operation, I had in my mind that your entire penis had to be cut open for the installation. The fact that there is no discussion of ED is terrible. I had no idea how my dick functioned before my PC and RP. The URO surgeon didn't discuss what would happen if he removed my nerves. In fact he said cancer was confined and there would not be nerve damage. All of a sudden,, Welcome to the world of the shrinking floppy penis, VAC daily and injections.
I met a friend of the family that had venous leaks from childhood. Emotionally he was a wreck through teens and 20s till someone told him where to get information and that it may be physical. He now has a radio talk show on the subject. Danial Canefield. I have had the discussion with my grandsons. Not the typical sex talk, but telling them that is possible to NOT be able to get and hold an erection, and come to me for advise. This information needs to get out of the closet.

Every couple of months I tell an auditorium full of strangers about my sex life with an implant. I told all 3 of my adult kids about it when I was contracted by my implant manufacturer to speak at seminars with urologists. My two sons didn't have anything to say. My daughter coerced me into assuring her I wasn't kidding about it. I've told a neighbor about it after he let slip he "has reptile dysfunction" as he calls it. I told my best friend and his wife at the same time. They were very intrigued. About the only mistake I made was telling a beautiful 36 year old Latina niece of a good friend about it. The conversation came about as a result of telling her I'd be speaking at a hospital in Dallas where she lives. She asked what I'd be speaking about and I told the entire truth. She's a single woman with a world of dating opportunities. She's been very overtly friendly since finding out and I'm kind of reluctant to visit her again in her home. Over the top temptation for a guy who's been married for 40 years!
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

I did tell some people and it was probably a mistake. No real harm done, however upon reflection, it’s simply not really necessary for anyone to know......perhaps apart from your sexual partner.
Yes it feels great to be virile again but really would you seriously need to know if a friend of yours got one?
How about if he told you it’s likely bigger and fatter than yours and can stay hard indefinitely? And can still point up with 2 or 3 wet towels draped across it?
Think about it........plenty of support here at FT..........I even posted pics on here but upon reflection, that seems a bit self indulgent now too.
Just sayin.........

Can you send me her contact information?

Just kidding. I am in a very happy, committed relationship. But your post reminded me of this thread.

"Any offers of sex from intriqued girls?"

Also, one might also want to read this thread if one were interested in advertising his implant. Subtly or overtly.

Outside of my sexual partners, I have only told 3 people. I work at home so recovery was pretty easy. My partner has zero no libido, is dry and no amount of lube even allows me to get it in without pain. She also had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. With my MS, my sensitivity has diminished much which takes me a long time to cum. That said, my sex is mostly relegated to retail sex. When the moment comes, I just pull out my cock, tell them that I have a robo cock and a 3rd nut and pump it upright in front of them. They love how it gets hard right away and stays hard for as long as we want to play. Yesterday I was with the hottest girl that I have ever been with and she was like. "That is awesome, every man should have one. You should be a porn star!" LOL

I have been with 14 women since my implant in 5/2019. I was upfront with all of them and none have expressed anything but that is fucking great. I'm not shy and have a lot of fun with it. I'm pushing 61 and most women who are dating or in the trade, dread men who can't get it up or keep it up.

Be proud of your tool and have fun with it...

Do the women in the sex profession you have engaged charge by the hour or by the orgasm or some other calculation? Do they figure your account differently than other (unimplanted) men? The economist in me wants to know.

If a woman charged by the orgasm, some men have become anorgasmic after implant. That would be troublesome for her.
If a woman charged by the hour, a quick "cummer" could get short-changed.

Do you get a discount if she has orgasms? :D
