Extenders?

Hi,

I have been reading about micropenis treatments, by means of mechanical penis extenders like jes Extender. I don't know if they are a scam or something effective to gain lenght and girth, but I have been reading and it appears that there are peer studies that certify the eficacy of these devices. I have read of gains of average 1,7 cm in 6 months.

I don't have a micropenis. I am over those 7 cm considered as such. Almost 5 months after my Titan implant, i am at 11 cm. But my wife complains it is much smaller than before, and she claims not being satisfied when have sex (she can't reach orgasm, I think is only psicological, but she says is because the small penis I have now.

I always have been under 13, that's for sure. But I wonder if appart from cycling, a device like that could help in regain all my size. The question is about the compatibility with the implant. These devices are to be used while flaccid, at least 5 or 6 hours a day. I will ask my doctor as soon as I can, but I would like to know if anybody of you knows something about this matter.

So sorry to hear about your wife's attitude. Also sorry I don't know anything about penis growing or extenders. I do know that a penis sleeve (sometimes called an extender) can be worn to give the woman more size, but it reduces the man's sensation. Perhaps that might partially solve your dilemma.

I write because I have an alternative piece of advice. Do some research on sex with a small penis. There are positions that permit greater penetration and sensation for the woman. One example is a variation on the "missionary" position. Instead of the man being on top of the woman between the woman's spread legs, the man has his legs spread outside the woman's legs. The woman has her legs together. This narrows the vaginal opening so it is tighter, there is more friction and more sensation. The penis feels larger in diameter.

On another note, I worry about the tone of your wife when she complains. Is she supportive and helpful or something else? If something else, I suggest it is not the sex that she is complaining about. Your relationship may need some work. There is a saying that comes to my mind. "When the sex is bad, it is 90% of a marriage. Where the sex is good, it is 10% of the marriage." You are now capable of sex. Now you (both) must pay attention to the 90%. The dynamics of your relationship have changed and you (both) must adapt.

I don't know about the extender device you are talking about, but I think they are all a scam and you could hurt your penis with them. I am 9 inch total. 6 inch in front of my pubic bone and 3 inch buried inside. My lgx implant is just 15cm + 5.5cm rte. For you starting at 5 inch I think you have all the implant you need to get to your full size. Cycle every day. My doc said some guys it takes 2 years to gain it all back. What is your history? Did you have treatments for prostate cancer. In the prostate surgery my nerves were removed and now there is no natural engorgment. I get hard with the implant but the glans and the rest of my penis does not get fat. Is that your problem? Did you loose girth?

After watching a u-tube video on the jes extender I do have to wonder. The company does offer a double your money back guarantee if you document you use and progress. Also they have been around for 20 years. Can the tunica cells be enlarged is my only question. Enlarging (growing) new skin cells is a known fact. I had a friend that had a huge birth mark on the side of his face. He was a big guy and it made him scary to small children. Not just a red rash but a growth that stuck out on his face 1/2 inch with lumps and growths. His plastic surgeons put a solution inside of his skin that stretched the skin out like a balloon between his nose and the birth mark. Now he look really grotesque. But they were growing new stretched cells. At 90 days, they cut about 1 inch of the birth mark off and pulled the new skin across the removed area and re attached it. After a short healing period, they did the same procedure again and he ended up with all the birth mark removed. His face looks absolutely normal now 20 yrs later. So yes you can grow new cells.

They are known to work but add very little length for a lot of effort. They are a pain to wear. There are some vacuum ones which don't cut circulation. Honestly I would love some more length but if I don't want my dick to consume my life. Cycling and VED are enough already.

Also I don't know that will help someone already implanted without a revision.

Sheep is bang on the money here. If the tone of your wife is not supportive or constructive, then adding inches to your penis will make no difference. She is communicating something else here.

Yes Lost Sheep. My wife's actitude is very disgusting, but I cannot do anything about it. She is like that.

I haven't read that the gain in size is very little, I have read studies that talk of increses of 1,7 cm in six months. If that is true, my penis would reach the almost 13 I had when I was 30. The thing is I don't know if with cycling I will get to a point close to that. And if the extender could help to accelerate, it would be welcome. Also I have read that it is no so unconfortable. Devices have evolved much, and it appears they are bearable now.

Regarding the revision, I think my implant has room for 13 cm at least. A different thing is if my penis has the anatomy neccesary to reach those 13 cm, and in case it has, how much time will need to reach them with cycling. But imagine with a device like that, my pennis grows up to 14 cm. With my current implant, lets say I can inflate to max until 12,5. If my penis has room up to 14, that will result in a fully pumped implant, without any kind of disconfort. Isn't it?

My concern is if it will be compatible, if there is any kind of caveats. Like the vaccuum devices: some people say that it can blow the cylinders, damage the tubes.. And if the extenders really gains. I repeat I have read some aparently neutral articles in serious media that say they are very effective, and report big gains, but no scientific paper.

That is the reason why I ask for experiences, though the last word will be my doctor's one.

It sounds like this device may be a traction device. There is some anecdotal evidence that traction can lengthen a penis over time or even remove PD bending to a degree but it takes a very long time on an normal penis and or cannot be used once you have an implant.

Just looked up this device and it absolutely is a traction device. Do not use with an implant. It has tubing that loops around the corona of the glans to pull the penis and I cannot see anything good coming from that if you have an implant.

That was my concern. Not compatible. I will have to wait and continue cycling and hope to grow a little more in lenght and girth. A curiosity: while I have gained more than 1 cm since began to cycling, I have had almost no gain in girth, less than 0,5 cm of circunference.
