If you're in a place where it won't show, you can put several pumps in to smooth it out.
I do, but only at home.

yes, I ask my Dr about that, he said but he does not like the Idea of partially pump.

Did he say why? There are (to my mind) several possible answers, some persuasive, and some less than.

Potential for encapsulation of the reservoir (if a recent implant, mostly)
Compression of the penile tissues internally or externally (compelling if the compression is extreme)
others?

I always ask, "Why". Sometimes it irritates people.

If it irritated my Doctor (or any professional having me as a client) I would do my best to find another, one who respects me.

Initially, partial pumping for a fuller deflated result is bad due to the possibility of the pseudocapsule forming around the reservoir while it's underfilled. If one never fully deflates the implant and the pseudocapsule forms, one will *NEVER* be able to fully deflate again.

I'm not sure if there's always a threat of formation even after the healing is done or not. That's the only reason I can see for not keeping a couple of pumps in all the time.

Each month they get better. Softer and softer.

I was 80-90% inflated for the full 4 weeks after the operation. My reservoir is only a 65cc, but I have no problem with auto inflation. I can squeeze the implant dry and have zero auto fill even when doing crunches.

As I understand it, the pseudocapsule doesn't form right away and may take months to form. The fact that it's unpredictable in its formation is why it's a risky practice to partially inflate full time until it's certain that it's already formed... It's totally possible to get lucky and have it form while the reservoir was sufficiently full most of the time to allow the full capacity after formation.

With my luck, I will probably get infected again, lol.
Does it matter if you are a grower or a shower?

I never suggested keep it partially inflated all the time.
