PMMA dermal filler and Implant

While discussing potential implant and the dermal filler I have..wanted to share some details and hear from experienced members.

The two rounds of dermal filler I have had in early 2016 and mid 2019 were by Dr.L Casavantes at Avantiderma, Tijuana.

Good to hear from another person who had this. I have had a lot of work done on my unit (Cassavantes also gave me a few rounds of PMMA), also had testicular implants due to severe testicular atrophy. Now that I want to look into implants, I am concerned about finding a doctor that can do this that won't cause disruption of the PMMA material (which is one reason I don't want the penoscrotal approach, since that would disrupt a lot of the product with that incision).

I don’t know if you will come across anyone on this site who would know the answer to that but it seems Dr Kramer might have some thoughts on it.

Yeah I have watched that video before and my result looks nothing like that. That poor guy I don't know who did it but was not done by Cassavantes. I think I had a great result, very uniform, girthy and I think mine looks great when erect. So it appears Kramer does have some experience with working with these types of penises.

I was very happy with the work that Dr. Cassavantes did. Had 4 rounds of filler and he really was careful not to put too much in for each session which I think is key to a good aesthetic. It's definitely a girthy, hefty member, but just can't have sex with it since I can't keep an erection more than a minute or two before I lose it.

Glad to find another member with PMMA.

I reached out to Dr.Casavantes and he will be happy to talk to implant surgeon..who we choose.

He also mentioned that Dr.Kramer was talking about a silicone filled patient. That was definitely not PMMA.
He also mentioned that his patients with PMMA have undergone implant and also he has injected PMMA after a penile implant surgery.

Like you I am loving my new girth..though two rounds so far.

I can only imagine a girthy beefy penis with a bionic performance(post implant) ..will be the best a man can get.
