Does glans erection changes after Implant

Reading through most posts I am visualizing that since corpora are not sealed after an implant is placed in it..the normal blood flow and erection mechanism wont work. But some members with implant also mention of spontaneous engorgements. I get morning wood everyday and so I am confused on if all normal erection like events stop after implant is placed or not.

My glans swells nicely when I do have an erection. With the implant in..would the glans behaviour change.

Probably, yes. But for some guys not dramatically.

Anatomically, if you have very good dorsal artery flow, that's step one to retaining some glans engorgement. The dorsal artery puts off circumflex branches and ultimately terminal branches - the terminals feed the glans. Only your doc and a doppler can tell you definitively what all that flow looks like for you (balanced against your particular capabilities with venous return).

I'm about 11 weeks post-implant, so my practical implant experiences are minimal at this point compared to others here. I absolutely experience a degree of engorgement when I am aroused. For me, that engorgement is all along my penis...shaft and probably a little glans. It's not dramatic. It's tangible. Just minimal. I don't know. I mean...I like that old familiar feeling of my penis swelling, even minimally, it's a good feeling both physically and mentally.

My glans is a lot smaller than it used to be. Almost shockingly smaller, to me. But on the other hand, I have a 100% reliable, on-demand iron bar of a dick which is doing anything and everything we ask of it (and we ask kind of a lot). The confidence and swagger and restoration of spontaneous sexual fun is (for me, anyway) an easy trade off for glans engorgement. Just one experience here.

The answer appears to be: sometimes.

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I've talked with a lot of guys with implants on chat. I've had my own implant for about a year and a half.

For me, the glans still engorges, though not as far as it used to. I have to be pretty aroused to get it to engorge much, but it's satisfying when it does. I've talked with others who say that it works just like it used to for them, and still others who say they get no engorgement at all. The blood vessels that go to the glans are on the underside, not in the corpus cavernosa, so they are not necessarily affected at all by the implant surgery. So sometimes there is no change in function, and other times, function is decreased to some degree.

I know that's not a solid answer for what might happen to you individually, but at least you know that it can be ok.

Did not change at all for me. If I am hornt or turned on into sex, I get my very large mushroom head back.

Cannot even feel a cylinder at all. Or a tip. At the base I can feel the tubes though.

Mine is not a "very large mushroom head," which is why I didn't keep this in the quote. (Mine is one of those wiener-shaped dicks rather than a mushroom-shaped one.)

I was naturally mushroom shaped. After two rounds of PMMA dermal fillers my shaft is now the widest part(just below the circ scar). Though when I am aroused the glans swells up nice and round.
After reading your posts..it appears that the implant combined with Cilais and or cock ring..will be enough to keep blood locked in the glans.

Captain, in your original post, not to nit pick here, but you said *spontaneous* engorgments, which I get with my malleable. This is very uncomfortable for me when dressed. During sex, not a problem, but while driving, its a problem. There is no where for my engorgment to go. Since my malleable is in a constant 'hard' state, any addition to what is already there in a confined space turns the issue into something else.
