Little past 30 days. Lots of pain. Pre surgery I was 7.5 length 7.5 girth. My Dr. Placed the widest cylinders in. Girth was there quickly. But too wide. How long before things soften up. Only a month out at 6.5 length. Will I gain my 7.5 or 8 inch back after a year. Is this just a time issue. One more question, can the deflated implant still grow from nightly erections. It seems I have to deflate every morning.

Larryb...patience, patience, patience....that is all you can do. Unless something else is affected, your Dr. will tell you it is probably this or that. For me, I have been thinking, for the longest time, that my cock was chafing against clothes, but it is still sensitive! That is VERY slowly going away.
The only question I have for my Dr. next Monday is the engorgement I get every so often.

In my opinion you should not have "lots of pain" a month out. That's concerning. But everyone's pain tolerance is individual and different. Discomfort here and there? Sure. Frank, intractable pain? I don't think so. Pain when? 24/7? Only when inflated 100%? For how long? And where, specifically?

Read up on the guys' experiences with size, this has to be one of the top 3 questions on FT/Implants. There are hundreds of posts here discussing sizing post-implant. The short answer seems to be that most guys...most...experience a loss of size both length and girth, to some degree, after surgery. It takes time. A lot of damn time and a lot of repeated cycling and effort to win back your former length and girth.

Some guys report that they get back most of the sizing. Others complain that they've lost it forever. Seems like a fair consensus is that, over time...a year...year and a half...most of what you lost can frequently be recovered, assuming you put in the effort. I was 7.5 length and 6.5 girth and I lost an inch both ways. But I'm only 10 weeks post-op. I am optimistic. But I'm not obsessing over it, either. I can fuck on demand all I want now, and at the end of the day, if that crazy beautiful freedom and the confidence it brings and the awesome fun experiences we are already having...to hell with the extra inch, I don't care. Just my worldview.

Not sure what you mean about "can the deflated implant still grow from nightly erections"...? What exactly are you doing overnight?
