Tactra ..is it really next level?

Hello
The manufacturer claim Tactra is " a next-generation malleable prosthesis from Boston Scientific. Designed with proprietary dual-layer silicone, the Tactra Penile Prosthesis is a natural-feeling malleable constructed around a Nitinol core for excellent rigidity, durability and concealment. These features also enhance ease of implant for physicians and the cylinders may be implanted through multiple surgical techniques. "
I could find one Tactra implant video and Dr.Kramer seems to be pretty positive about it.

JH2007 should be able to chime in. He most recently received a very large Tactra implant. He's in the adult film industry so he will be using it for his living.

I understand and frankly if I were in your situation I think I'd be equally pissed and a little depressed about the outcome you had but keep remembering that your specific outcome at this point in time is because you never has an opportunity to cycle with the AMS implant, you had massive trauma after the first implantation and you will be going to a Titan to be able to cycle and stretch things back to closer to your pre-op size sometime shortly.

I spoke to a rep about TACTRA. He said is a one piece, only recommended for older men who have trouble pumping.

That’s ridiculous! There are many other reasons the Tactra is better- and some why it is not. For me, the reasons I think it is better, far out way the downsides. I do think the reps are pushing the 5 piece (pump,reservoir,hoses, 2 corpora tubes + saline).

Probably because they charge a lot more for the 5+ saline piece, compared to the 2 total pieces of the Tactra.

Not sure I would want a boner 24/7, thats the issue with the Tactra.
