I have problems hiding my dick. Until recently I just let it hang, wearing boxer shorts. However often I noticed people staring which becomes more and more embarrassing. Once on a train, a girl opposite of me took 'secretly' a photo. Of course I noticed it.
Now I'm wearing tight briefs, pushing the dick upwards.

How do you guys, with dicks of 6" and more, wear that thing? Let it hang or point it towards the sky? Hanging loose might be better regarding the duration of the implant? I have no idea, looking forward to comments from people with dicks at least 6".

External penis size for me is almost 6". Before implant, I was a grower, going from 2.5" to nearly 6", flaccid to erect. Being 2.5", hanging down was problematic, as there was not enough length to "drape" over my testicles. I wore my penis pointed up since I was able to choose.

I still prefer to point up, but now, with my flaccid length over 4" and enough to let gravity make it hang down sufficient to prevent chafing my penis' head I can hang down if I want. I have seen (on FrankTalk) men who, if pointed up, would have their (flaccid) penis extending past their belt-line. For them, up and to the side might work. But if you wear low-rise trousers, you may either have to fold your penis or point/hang down.

Did you offer to autograph the photo if she printed it out?

I go commando all the time and have for most of my life. Now with my implant my dick is about 6.5" flaccid and I can't keep it up even with a jock strap. I just let it hang down my pant leg, iff someone wants to stare (no one has so far) I would just smile...Jim

I’m not surprised that some folks can’t trust their eyes...

My flaccid length is just barely less than 6”. I can not point it up an be comfortable so i have to point it down. I tried to the side and then it looks like I gave a semi erection. I can go commando in jeans and it is apparent, but still discreet. When I wear dress slacks I have to wear tighter briefs in order not to show a visible penis line. For things like Khakis, Chinos, Cords, or any athletic wear like sweats or gym shorts, I show a bulge but try to wear appropriate underwear for the situation so I don’t offend anyone. I wish we lived in a society where it wasn’t a big deal. I don’t understand why it is fully acceptable for woman to wear low cut clothes to show off their bust and it is OK for protruding nipples to be obvious through clothes, but if it’s obvious a man has a penis people think he’s a pervert.
