Well guys there is not much news to report but for me No news is Good news. No pain at all. My left nut is a bit tender and I think the pump is a little too high. Other than that I am a happy boy. Will be visiting the Dr Hellstrom in New Orleans on Tuesday afternoon. Not sure what to expect. I will ask question about the testicle and about the pump. He told me on my first visit he does not inflate till 6 weeks. I am going to try to convince him to at least start the process.
One big surprise is that in the morning I am having the feeling of morning wood. Man that's nice. It feels hard but not like a natural erection. The weight of my junk is very obvious. I can feel it as I am walking.
With all the swelling gone my penis hangs at about 7 oclock which is perfect. I have always been a grower no so much any more.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am so ready for a test drive!

Congrats to you Jeff!
I am so happy for you. Only if you have dealt with this terrible disease can you relate to how destructive it can be to relationships and to our lives. It’s like a Paino slowly going out of tune. One day you realize it no longer works like it is suppose to work! You can no longer have sex satisfying sex and erections are a thing of the past. Now you can have sex anytime you want for as long as you want! What a wonderful thing! Can’t wait to hear how the implant has changed your life. Looking forward to using mine as well. Take care my friend and God Bless!

Congrats Jeff - here's hoping the road stays smooth.
I am almost exactly 1 month out from surgery. Going in to my Dr. for activation next week on the 30th - excited as can be to see this damn thing work. I am just hoping I will be able to get the hang of deflation quickly (in hopes of avoiding any embarrasing trips to the emergency room

)
About my only concern so far is that things are pretty crowded down there ... my pump is nice and low on the left side but is pushing my left nut up into my Johnson (yep - not much extra room down there). I will ask the Doctor what arrangement of things he thinks is best and then see if I can everybody to play nice
Stay the course guys ... the best is yet to come

Congrats, Jeff!
When I had my 3-piece, I was told to *Gently* pull down the pump. Grab your pump and gently hold down for 5 seconds. Do this as often as you can throughout your day.

Did you have your 3-piece inserted via infrapubic or penoscrotal incision? I was never given the "pull the pump down" instructions that apparently a lot of people are given. Of course my confidence in my surgeon has become somewhat dubious since I calculated that I was probably short-sized and he won't give me a straight answer to my questions regarding those calculations.

The 3-piece was penoscrotal.
You are not the only one that is having 2nd thoughts about his surgeon because of instructions and a lack of straight answers. I thought these surgeons knew something about what they were operating on and putting in...at least their reactions.

As to the "Pull pump down", in my case since he installed it in a wishbone fashion around my penis (pump/left cylinder down left side, right cylinder down right side, converging into a bundle tightly around the ventral side of my penis (under the urethra) at which it goes down into the scrotum in a bundle. It's itching around the ventral side and spongiosum most of the time because the pump rides up and down depending on my support down there (the pump folds underneath in the scrotum, the only real think I like about his installation).
