Is it or is it not safe to use VED with an implant? Seems posts are about split 50/50. Anybody got a hard answer? lol AMS 700 LGX MS implant 25 NOV 2019. Like to use mine if It's safe. Thanks for any help.

Use of VED before implant a few years ago was of debatable/uncertain value. Medical research in the past decade or so has shown there is likely some value.

Research on post-implant effects of VED therapy is yet to draw conclusions.

So, no hard answer yet. But research and (anecdotal) experimentation is ongoing.

I personally believe there is some benefit, but might be limited to particular conditions - and very beneficial to men with those conditions. I don't want to venture guesses as to what those conditions are except one: slightly oversized implant. Vacuum might relieve some of the compression of sensitive penile tissues by the implant from the inside in favor of expansion of penile tissues by vacuum from the outside.

I had an implant on January 9,2020. I’m going on two and half weeks after implant. My doctor does not start activation until six weeks. All my swelling and bruising is gone. Still have little tenderness in testicles. I have wondered past week about calling my doctor to see if I can use VED but after thinking about it he was crystal clear. He wants me to heal then activate. I am getting anxious but I think healing first is common sense. After much thought I have decided that I am going to honor my physicians instructions because he was clear when he took m6 drain out. He did not even give me the instruction booklet. That tells me he doesn’t want me messing with the implant until I am fully healed. Again, he knows men pretty well. I am going to chill out and follow his instructions. Thus far, he has been spot on with everything he has done. I wish you the best!

I know some guys on here have been using VED post implant but always stress if you are going to use it with an implant make sure you are pumped to the max first!
