Can you achieve any form of a natural erection post surgery?

Hey Guys, can you achieve any form of an erection after you had a penile implant? Of course you can with the assistant of a pump but can you achieve an erection of any kind naturally? My Ed is a leaky corpus, which I have good natural erections but they will not stay erect.

Thanks for the feedback.

The medical literature does document some improvement of organic (the man's natural spontaneous) erectile function after implant. I recall (accurately, I hope) one cohort of 100 men who underwent tissue-sparing implant (that is, removal of the corpus cavernosum was deliberately avoided - which not all surgeons, do; some routinely remove that tissue) had half experiencing a return of SOME erectile function. One man in the sample actually had occasional erections sufficient for sexual penetration.

This experience is, therefore, possible. But expecting it is not reasonable, for it is vanishingly rare for it to be a real factor in one's sexual life.

If horny enough I can still get a natural erection to some extent. Not fully hard but enough to inspire the wife and I that her efforts are resulting in some definite action down there.

Just as Evinrude stated, I've had some noticeably "Hello!" moments but nothing usable. Last week I went too kiss my wife while she was in the kitchen and as I pushed into her, I discovered there was a bit of familiar feeling down below... Pointed it out to her and had her feel that I had a bit of a chub. When pressing it to the side as I had done when hugging her, I could feel that it was part of a natural erection process... Just not usable in any sense.

I had surgery 10 day ago and Saturday I had a natural erection good enough for penetration. My cylinders are new so very stiff I'm sure one they soften up then no more erections. But I have to say I was very impressed because the whole penis got engorged. It was like the old me

I sometimes get a "chub" (like in the morning), and the glans swells up when I am aroused. But not what I would call an actual "erection" (usable for penetration anyway).

Does anyone know if Dr.Kramer removes corpus cavernosum during surgery or not?

I can't speak for Dr.Kramer but it's not so much "removing" the tissues inside the corpora cavernosa as it is destroying them while dilating them with the tool. Either way though, they don't remove the corpus cavernosum because that is the erectile body that the implant goes into. It would be the tissues inside them that are damaged due to dilating.

A funny thing happen the first night I got home from the surgery implant. I woke up in the middle of the night with a VERY full semi :o . I had read and was told that natural erection or anything like them would be a thing of the past with the implant, so when it happened that night I panicked with thoughts that for some reason after they opened me up , that they could not go ahead with the implant. But then I could feel the pump in my sack  It took awhile for me to go back to sleep :!: I still get nice semi's at times when relaxing or sometimes at night. I can tell they are natural because my dick is much fuller, rounder, then when I pump it up, and it feels much different, kind of like the "old" days if you know what I mean. So yes, it can happen :D
