Mine had a boob job about 50 years ago. Not huge just right for her body size. Still fun and work great.

I MUCH prefer breasts that are sensitive (enjoyably) to my touch - whatever the size.

An advice columnist (either Amy Vanderbilt or Abigail Van Buren -Dear Abby) was asked once whether women should wear brassieres and her reply was to lift the breast, put a pencil under the breast and let go. If the pencil falls to the floor, a brassiere is optional. One man wrote his thanks for that advice, saying "I would sign my name, but my wife still has my pencil."

Disclosure: I do tend to prefer smaller breasts. (And, irrelevant to the O.P. but just to fill out my preferences; a slender woman with a concave belly, shapely legs, well-defined buttocks and soft, fluffy pubic hair (or trimmed short or removed).

Opinion: The analog to a man's ability to achieve an erection is not a woman's breasts. It is her ability of her vagina to become lubricated, engorged and elastic. So, an alternate question might be, "If your woman had a vagina with controllable tightness by means of a prosthetic: Turn on or Turn off?

I note that a fairly popular but not often talked about operation is available to women who have had their vaginas stretched by childbirth or other causes. Vagina tightening. Also known as vaginal rejuvenation, combination labiaplasty and vaginoplasty.

Hmmmm, to each their own. I tend toward the small mixing bowl size. My sexless partner has natural H's on a petite frame and nothing on this planet feels or looks as nice
